NAVY

Alliant Missile Products Co., Limited Liability Co., Rocket Center, W.Va., is being awarded a $10,807,492 modification to previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-97-C-0156) to exercise an option for the procurement of 844 MK-58 MOD 5 AIM-7P air-to-air and 168 MK 58 MOD 4 RIM-7P (surface-to-air) Sparrow Missile rocket motors for the U.S. Navy (98 MK 58 MOD4) and the governments of Israel (176 MK 58 MOD 5); Canada (100 MK 58 MOD 5); Saudi Arabia (568 MK 58 MOD 5), and Germany (70 MK 58 MOD 4. Work will be performed in Rocket Center, and is to be completed by April 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy (11.2 percent) and the Governments of Saudi Arabia (53.8 percent); Israel (16.6 percent); Canada (9.5 percent); and Germany (8.9 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Meisinger Construction Co., Inc., Mendota Heights, Minn., is being awarded a $7,321,000 firm-fixed-price contract for a consolidated lodging facility, Phase III at the Minneapolis and St. Paul International Airport and Air Force Reserve Station. Work will be performed in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn., and is to be completed by June 25, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Feb. 25, 2002, and five bids were received. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, Omaha, Neb, is the contracting activity (DACA45-02-C-0018).

Security Signals, Incorporated, Cordova, Tenn., is being awarded a $10,327,670.16 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract (DAAA09-02-C-0003), for hand held signals for the M125, M158, M159, and the M127. Work will be performed in Cordova, and is to be completed by July 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on August 9, 2001, and four bids were received. The U. S. Army Operations Support Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity.

Delfasco Incorporated, Afton, Tenn., is being awarded a $6,669,633.60 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract (DAAA09-01-C-0028), for 375,120 BDU-33 25 lb. practice bombs. Work will be performed in Afton, and is to be completed by May 31, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on April 4, 2001, and one bid was received. The U. S. Army Operations Support Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity.

Grove U.S.L.L.C., Shady Grove, Pa., is being awarded a $413,287.50 modification to a firm-fixed-price five-year indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract (DAAE07-02-D-S040), for parts for the Heavy Expanded Mobility Tac Truck (HEMTT). Work will be performed in Shady Grove, and is to be completed by May 1, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Feb. 14, 2002, and one bid was received. The U. S.
