AIR FORCE

CC Distributors Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas, is being awarded a $10,849,815 contract to provide for Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store. The location of performance is Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. At this time, $1,450,275 of the funds has been obligated. This work will be completed June 2004. Solicitation began June 2001; Negotiations were completed June 2001. The Air Force Development Test Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (F08651-02-D-0006).

The McDonnell Douglas Corp., Long Beach, Calif., is being awarded an $8,742,399 contract modification to fully incorporate the effort describes in ESP 0209R2C1, Stationkeeping Equipment Follow-On for Lots XIII, XIV, and XV aircrafts. At this time, $7,943,343 of the funds has been obligated. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-96-C-2059, P00144).

Honeywell, Inc., Sensor and Guidance Products, Clearwater, Fla. Is being awarded a $6,087,440 contract modification which exercises an option for the Tri-Service Embedded Global Positioning System (GPS) and Intertial Navigation System (INS) Embedded Global Intertial (EGI) to purchase ninety-four AH-64 Production Units and ninety-four Recurring Delta Hardware. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be completed May 2004. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-99-C-2040, P00085).

NAVY

Applied Hydro-Acoustics Research, Inc., Rockville, Md., is being awarded a not to exceed $25,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract for a Phase III Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Program contract under Topic N00-013 entitled Middle Game Localization Utilizing Air Deployable Active Receiver. The contractor will provide services and materials for engineering tasks including research and development, prototype development and fabrication, demonstration/validation, product development services, product application studies and modeling, fabrication/production of hardware, software design, software development and fabrication, retrofitting developed products into existing air and sea-based platforms and in-service engineering pertaining to anti-submarine warfare mission planning software technology. Work will be performed in Rockville, Md., and is expected to be completed by June 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured using SBIR Program solicitation, with six offers received. The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J. is the contracting activity (N68335-02-D-0022).

Computer Sciences Corp., Defense Group, Falls Church, Va., is being awarded a potential $6,911,735 value indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee pricing for scientific and technical network maintenance and operation services at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego. This contract contains options, which if exercised, would bring the maximum potential value of this contract to $38,042,513. This contract is one of two contracts awarded for the subset of line items under solicitation N66001-02-R-5007 and both awardees will compete for task orders during the ordering period. Work will be performed in San Diego and is to be completed by June 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The solicitation was competitively issued through the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Central Web site with three offers received. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego is the contracting activity (N66001-02-D-5046).

Anteon Corp., San Diego is being awarded a potential $6,430,824 value indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee pricing for scientific and technical network maintenance and operation services at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego. This contract contains options, which if exercised, would bring the maximum potential value of this contract to $35,241,002. This contract is one of two contracts awarded for the subset of line items under solicitation N66001-02-R-5007 and both awardees will compete for task orders during the ordering period. Work will be performed in San Diego and is to be completed by June 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The solicitation was competitively issued through the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Central Web site with three offers received. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N66001-02-D-5045).

ARMY

The Boeing Co., Seal Beach, Calif., is being awarded a $73,666,000 increment as part of an $856,539,000 cost plus award fee contract with an estimated total of $2,008,116,734 if all the options are exercised, for development, demonstration, and low rate initial production of the Cluster 1 Joint Tactical Radio System. Work will be performed in Anaheim, Calif., and is to be completed by Jan. 31, 2008. The contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Oct. 24, 2001, and two bids were received. The U. S. Army Communications-Electronics Acquisition Center, Fort Monmouth, N.J. is the contracting activity (DAAB07-02-C-C403).
