NAVY

Tindall Technologies, Inc.*, Pleasanton, Calif., is being awarded a not-to-exceed $26,873,214 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of up to 327 each radar receiver-transmitters. Work will be performed in Pleasanton and is to be completed by July 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured through a request for proposals, with five proposals solicited and one offer received. The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Pt. Mugu, Calif., is the contracting activity (N68936-02-D-0022).

ITCN, Inc.*, Miamisburg, Ohio, is being awarded a not-to-exceed $10,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract for a Phase III Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Program under Topic No. N98-160 entitled Instrumenting Embedded Software Behavior via Busses, which is to provide devices to monitor aircraft data busses during flight. These devices will be non-intrusive, ruggedized, and capable of recording data for extended missions. Work will be performed in Miamisburg, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by July 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Phase I of this SBIR Program was competitively procured using SBIR Program Solicitation under Topic #N98-160. The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J. is the contracting activity (N68335-02-D-0021).

DEFENSE LOGISITCS AGENCY

Oneok Energy Marketing Co., Topeka, Kan., is being awarded $13,519,792 fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract for 5,238,305 Dekatherms of Direct Supply natural Gas for the U.S. Army, and federal civilian agencies. Work will also be performed in Texas and Missouri. The performance completion date is scheduled for Sept. 30, 2005. Contract funds will not expired at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 186 proposals solicited and 34 were responded. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-02-D-7717)
