ARMY

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., Falls Church, Va., was awarded a $1,500,000 increment as part of a $62,876,051 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for total information awareness support on Nov. 7, 2002. Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., (5 percent), Falls Church (25 percent), and McLean, Va., (70 percent), and is expected to be completed by Nov. 7, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via Broad Agency Announcement on March 21, 2002, and 26 bids were received. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington is the contracting activity (MDA972-03-C-0005).

TRW Tactical Systems, Carson, Calif., was awarded a $21,300,000 modification to a cost-reimbursement contract for the installation and fielding services to equip 527 platforms to support the Army's additional Coalition Joint Forces Land Component Command Rotational Units on Nov. 8, 2002. Work will be performed Carson. (62 percent) and Camp Doha, Kuwait (38 percent), and is to be completed by Aug. 31, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole-source contract initiated on Oct. 31, 2002. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity (DAAB07-02-C-E201).

NAVY

Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, Md., is being awarded an estimated $61,795,871 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract (N00019-93-C-0003) to provide additional funding for the MV-22 Engineering and Manufacturing Development Program. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (50 percent) and Ridley Park, Pa. (50 percent), and is to be completed in December 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Sonalysts, Inc., Waterford, Conn., is being awarded a $29,423,116 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract to provide systems engineering and development support for the Communications and Electronic Support Measures Program for the Submarine Electromagnetic Systems Department. The tasking includes requirements and concepts analysis, operations research, systems analysis, test and evaluation, analysis and data reporting. Work will be performed in Waterford (50 percent) and Newport, R.I., (50 percent), and is to be completed by November 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via a solicitation posted to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport homepage, with three offers received. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport is the contracting activity (N66604-03-D-055B).

Anteon Corp., Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a $23,623,372 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract to provide systems engineering and development support for the Communications and Electronic Support Measures Program for the Submarine Electromagnetic Systems Department. The tasking includes requirements and concepts analysis, operations research, systems analysis, test and evaluation, analysis and data reporting. Work will be performed in Mystic, Conn. (25 percent) and Newport, R.I. (75 percent), and is to be completed by November 2007. Contract funds in the amount of $124,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via a solicitation posted to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport homepage, with three offers received. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport is the contracting activity (N66604-03-D-055A).

McDonnell Douglas Corp., St. Louis is being awarded a $21,306,023 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order against a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00019-98-G-0037) for supplies and services in support of follow-on test and evaluation of the F/A-18E/F Weapons System. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Md., and is to be completed in October 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River is the contracting activity.

Innovative Technical Solutions, Inc.*, Walnut Creek, Calif., is being awarded $5,230,627 for Task Order 0002 under an indefinite-quantity and indefinite-delivery contract for environmental remediation action services at the former Hunter's Point Shipyard. Work will be performed in San Francisco and is to be completed by April 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end for the current fiscal year. The basic contract was competitively procured via the Naval Facilities e-solicitation Web site, with eleven offers received and award made on August 26, 2002. The total contract amount is not to exceed $25,000,000, which includes the base period and two option years. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest Division, San Diego is the contracting activity (contract number N68711-02-D-8213).
