AIR FORCE

United Technologies Corp., East Hartford, Conn., is being awarded a $626,670,000 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus fixed-fee contract modification to provide for 40 F119 Install Engines in support of low rate initial production applicable to the F/A-22 aircraft and associated support. At this time, $144,401,000 of the funds has been obligated. Further funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. This work will be completed by April 2005. Solicitation began November 2001. Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-02-C-2006, P00003).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $454,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract modification to provide for 22 low rate initial production Lot 4 aircraft and associated equipment through Oct. 31, 2003. The locations of performance are Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems, Fort Worth, Texas (35%); The Boeing Co., Information Space and Defense Systems, Aircraft and Missile Systems, Seattle, Wash. (52%); and Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga. (13%). Total funds have been obligated. This work will be completed by October 2003. Negotiations were completed December 2002. Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $246,214,431 firm-fixed-price contract modification. This undefinitized contractual action extension for the procurement of 20 low rate initial production Lot 3 aircraft, associated equipment and logistics support through March 31, 2003. The locations of performance are Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems, Fort Worth, Texas (35%); The Boeing Co., Information Space and Defense Systems, Aircraft and Missile Systems, Seattle, Wash. (32%); and Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga. (33%). At this time, $223,311,442 of the funds has been obligated. Further funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. This work will be completed by March 2003. Solicitation began April 2000, and negotiations were completed December 2002. Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $221,700,000 firm-fixed-price contract modification to provide for F/A-22 program support for Period F through Dec. 31, 2003. The locations of performance are Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems, Fort Worth, Texas (35%); The Boeing Co., Information Space and Defense Systems, Aircraft and Missile Systems, Seattle, Wash. (32%); and Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga. (33%). At this time, $77,400,000 of the funds has been obligated. Further funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. This work will be completed by December 2003. Solicitation began April 2000, and negotiations were completed December 2002. ARMY

The Boeing Co., Philadelphia, Pa., was awarded on Dec. 20, 2002, a delivery order amount of $10,983,100 as part of a $44,447,139 firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of 400 forward rotor blades and 480 aft blades. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Pa., and is expected to be completed by June 31, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on March 25, 2002. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH23-02-D-0020).

Great Lakes Dredge & Dock, Oak Brook, Ill., was awarded on Dec. 20, 2002, a $42,779,860 increment as part of a $42,779,860 cost-reimbursement contract for maintenance dredging of the Providence River and Harbor. Work will be performed in Providence, R.I., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 1, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Nov. 27, 2002, and four bids were received. Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, Fla., was awarded on Dec. 20, 2002, a $35,490,811 firm-fixed-price contract for the pilot night vision sensor depot repair/contractor verification team contract. Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. General Dynamics, Marion, Ill., was awarded on Dec. 20, 2002, a $18,360,000 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for production of 180,000 M919, 25MM and APFSDS-T. Work will be performed in Antigo, Wis. (9%); Lewistown, Idaho (1%); Nitrochemie Wimmis AG, Switzerland (13%); Elks River, Minn. (.6%); Naugatuck, Conn. (.2%); Vista, Calif. (1%); Paducah, Ky. (.05%); Jonesborough, Tenn. (61%); Janesville, Wis. (15%); St. Bonifacius, Minn. (3%); Hershey, Pa. (.03%); Mt. Vernon, Ill. (.03%); St. Louis, Mo. (.02%); Carlstadt, N.J. (.01%); Riverdale, Ill. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Nov. 14, 2002. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments, Command, Picatinny Arsenal, N.J., is the contracting activity (DAAE30-99-C-1114).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded on Dec. 20, 2002, a $13,464,339 firm-fixed-price/cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas (15%), and Camden, Ark. (85%), and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Inc., Lincoln, Neb., was awarded on Dec. 20, 2002, a $7,927,209 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a U.S. Army Reserve Center with an organizational maintenance shop and an unheated storage building. Work will be performed in Lincoln, Neb., and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Sechan Electronics, Lititz, Pa., was awarded on Dec. 20, 2002, a $6,043,230 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for production of 15 digital topographic support systems-light. Work will be performed in Lititz, Pa., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Dec. 12, 2001. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alexandria, Va., is the contracting activity (DACA42-02-C-0029).

Peckham Vocational Industries, Lansing Mich., was awarded on Dec. 23, 2002, a delivery order amount of $5,745,988 as part of a $5,745,988 firm-fixed-price contract for personal environmental protection and survival equipment kits.
