AIR FORCE

The Boeing Co., Seattle is being awarded a $69,400,000 firm-fixed-price contract modification to provide for acquisition of equipment subscription support for four C-40B aircraft. At this time no funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by December 2009. This effort will be performed in Renton, Wash. The Aerospace Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-01-D-0013, P00020).

General Electric Aircraft Engines, Cincinnati is being awarded a $34,625,000 (not-to-exceed) firm-fixed-price contract to provide for 125 turbine frames applicable to the F101 engine used on the B-1 aircraft. At this time, $17,312,500 of the funds has been awarded. The contractor will delivery four in December 2003, five per month from January through February 2004, then eight per month beginning in March 2004, until complete. Solicitation began in October 2002; negotiations were completed December 2002. The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (F34601-00-G-0006-0140).

McDonnell Douglas Corp., Long Beach Calif., is being awarded a $30,800,000 firm-fixed-price, time and material contract modification to provide for engineering services for the B-1B aircraft. At this time, $8,025,223 of the funds has been obligated. This work will be completed by December 2003. The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base is the contracting activity (F34601-99-C-0001, P00162).

The Boeing Defense and Space Group, Wichita, Kan., is being awarded a $22,000,000 (estimated) firm-fixed-price, time and material contract modification to provide for sustaining engineering services in support of the KC-135 series aircraft. At this time, $4,900,000 of the funds has been obligated. This work will be completed by December 2003. The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base is the contracting activity (F34601-01C-0026, P00075).

The Boeing Co., Seal Beach, Calif., is being awarded an $8,042,202 fixed-price-award-fee contract modification to exercise the contract option to continue the installation of version five software into the Global Position System alternate master control station. At this time, the total amount of funds has been obligated. This will be completed by September 2004. The 61st Air Base Group, Los Angeles Air Force Base is the contracting activity (F04701-96-C-0025, P00219).

Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $6,919,118 firm-fixed-price contract modification to provide for a production fix to correct prox-fused malfunctions by adding Global Positioning Systems to wind correct munitions dispenser tail kits. At this time, the total amount of funds has been obligated. This work will be completed by April 2004. The Air Armament Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (F08635-02-C-0033, P00009).
