Lockheed Martin Missile and Space, Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $594,776,834 cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-plus-award-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00030-02-C-0100) to provide funding for TRIDENT II (D5) missile production and deployed system support (C4/D5). Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, Calif. (45.1%); Magna, Utah (14.3%); Kings Bay, Ga. (8.3%); Cocoa Beach, Fla. (10.4%); Bangor, Wash. (5.3%); Gainesville, Va. (2.9%); Kings Port, Tenn. (3.2%); and other locations (10.6%), and is to be completed by September 2007. Contract funds in the amount of $207,359,599 will expire by the end of the current fiscal year. The Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.


Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Washington, D.C., is being awarded a $29,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide for advisory and assistance services and housing portfolio management support. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, though requirements may necessitate less than the amount indicated above. Locations of performance are various Air Force bases nationwide. At this time, $10,000 of the funds has been obligated. Further funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. This work will be complete by January 2008. Solicitation began November 2002. Headquarters 311th Human Systems Wing, Brooks Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41624-03-D-8610).

TRW ICBM Systems, Clearfield, Utah, is being awarded a $21,432,383 firm targets-plus-award-fee contract modification. This action is to firm up the targets for the first full-rate production year of the Minuteman III propulsion replacement program. TRW ICBM will perform this effort at the following locations: TRW ICBM, Clearfield, Utah; Thiokol Propulsion, Corrine, Utah; and Pratt and Whitney, Chemical Systems Division, San Jose, Calif. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by September 2003. Headquarters Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (F42610-98-C-0001).
