As part of the Integrated Defensive Electronic Countermeasures - Radio Frequency Program, the ALQ-214 (V)2 TG is an on-board system capable of selectively generating a wide variety of electronic countermeasure responses and directing those responses in order of priority against individual threat weapon systems. Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Missile & Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded a $12,286,153 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract modification to provide for Autonomous Wide Area Search Monition-Data Link Demonstration. This efforts intends to demonstrate the concept of operation and military utility of an affordable, miniature, powered, semi-autonomous wide area search munitions integrated with a two-way data link to conduct an Human-in-the-Loop scenario against mobile ground targets, suppression of enemy air defenses, and armor. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, though actual requirements may necessitate less than this amount. At this time, $6,600,260 of the funds has been obligated. Further funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. This work will be completed by June 2006.
