Northrop Grumman Corp., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $7,000,000 increment of a $8,700,000 modification to a previously awarded other transaction for prototypes agreement for the first of two planned efforts for Phase II (preliminary design phase) of the Unmanned Combat Armed Rotorcraft (UCAR) Program. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif. (62%); Bloomfield, Conn. (12%); Baltimore, Md. (9%); El Segundo, Calif. (5%); Manassas, Va. (4%); Salt Lake City, Utah (4%); and other locations and will be completed in April 2004. Funds will not expire at the end of this fiscal year. This was limited competition with bids solicited from the four participants in the previous phase of the UCAR Program.
