ARMY

 

            General Electric Co., Lynn, Mass., was awarded on Oct. 22, 2003, a delivery order amount of $21,317,898 as part of a $743,030,910 firm-fixed-price contract for procurement of 15 701C Spare Engines and 15 Shipping and Storage Containers.  Work will be performed in Lynn, Mass., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2003.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on June 20, 1997.  The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAJ09-97-D-0196).

 

            NCI Information Systems Inc., McLean, Va., was awarded on Oct. 22, 2003, a delivery order amount of $10,000 as part of a $500,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Information Technology Enterprise Solutions, Functional Area-2, and Enterprise Mission Support Services Solutions.  Performance locations will be determined with each task order and is expected to be completed by Oct. 21, 2010.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on May 2, 2003 and 11 bids were received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Alexandria, Va., is the contracting activity (W91QUZ-04-D-0001).

 

            Northrop Grumman IT Inc., McLean, Va., was awarded on Oct. 22, 2003, a delivery order amount of $10,000 as part of a $500,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Information Technology Enterprise Solutions, Functional Area-2, and Enterprise Mission Support Services Solutions.  Performance locations will be determined with each task order and is expected to be completed by Oct. 21, 2010.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on May 2, 2003 and 11 bids were received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Alexandria, Va., is the contracting activity (W91QUZ-04-D-0002).

AIR FORCE

 

            Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $10,043,124 firm fixed price contract modification to provide for funding of option 4 (1 October 2003 thru 30 September 2004) for Combined Life-Time Support for select avionic systems of the F-16 Aircraft, including the Modular Mission Computer, for the USAF Common Configuration Implementation Program, European Participating Air Forces, Peace Fenghuang (Taiwan) F-16 Program, and the Peace Xenia III (Greece) Program.  Total funds have been obligated.  This work will be complete by September 2004.  The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-99-C-2044, P00023).

 

            Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $6,889,654 firm fixed price, time and material, cost reimbursement with no fee contract modification to provide for development, fabrication, assembly integration, inspection, test, and delivery of the Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared For Night Aerospace Expeditionary Force Tester and Electro-Optical Test Stand Upgrade.  Subject contract modification is for the exercise and partial funding of Option III, which includes 4 each production units, integrated computer support, and applicable data.  Total funds have been obligated.  This work will be complete by March 2006.  The Headquarters Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., is the contracting activity (F09603-01-C-0341, P00009).
