NAVY

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $24,911,487 firm-fixed-price delivery order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-03-G-0003) for the Block 3A armed helo Phase III non-recurring engineering efforts required to finalize the armed helo weapons system (AHWS) integration of the fixed provisions. This includes developing the MH-60S AHWS production engineering change proposal and technical directive, the manufacturing and installation of the initial fixed provisions and removable mission equipment on the first two government furnished test aircraft, and conducting integration ground and flight tests on these aircraft. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed in July 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $21,997,492 cost-plus-fixed-fee order against a previously issued Basic Ordering Agreement (N00019-03-G-0004) for supplies and engineering services to support follow-on test and evaluation of the F/A-18E/F aircraft. Work will be performed at that Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Md., and is expected to be completed in October 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

BAE Systems Applied Technologies, Inc., Rockville, Md., is being awarded a $7,926,012 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00421-03-C-0016) to exercise an option for technical and engineering services to support the Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Divisions Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems. The estimated level of effort for this option is 128,640 man-hours. Work will be performed in St. Inigoes, Md. (80 percent) and Rockville, Md. (20 percent), and is expected to be completed by October 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, Md., is the contracting activity.

Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc., Columbia, Md., is being awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with a ceiling price of $7,525,814 to provide engineering and logistics services to support the Light Airborne Multi-Purpose System MK III AN/SRQ-4 data link. The estimated level of effort for this contract is 124,000 man-hours. Work will be performed in Lexington Park, Md. (80 percent) and St. Inigoes, Md. (20 percent), and is expected to be completed in October 2005. Contract funds in the amount of $1,500,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured under a request for proposals; six firms were solicited and one offer was received. The Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, Md., is the contracting activity (N00421-05-C-0002).

General Electric Aircraft Engines, Lynn, Mass, is being awarded a $6,818,970 priced order under an existing basic ordering agreement contract for procurement of low pressure turbine nozzle segments used on the F-404-400 engine on the F/A-18 aircraft. Work will be performed at Lynn, Mass., and is expected to be completed by December 2005. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point is the contracting activity (N00383-00-G-0001) (Order1166).

General Electric Aircraft Engines, Lynn, Mass., is being awarded a $5,711,167 priced-order under an existing basic ordering agreement contract for procurement of turbine nozzle segments used on the F-404-400 engine on the F/A-18 aircraft. Work will be performed at Lynn, Mass., and is expected to be completed by April 2006. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point is the contracting activity (N00383-00-G-0001) (Order 1167).

Aviation Training Consulting, Limited Liability Corp.*, Altus, Okla., is being awarded a $5,549,515 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N61339-04-C-0110) to exercise an option for the MV-22 400-600 level pilot and enlisted air crew (EAC) master task list; MV-22 200-300 level pilot and EAC master syllabus; MV-22 200-300 level pilot and EAC curriculum; MV-22 simulator certification program; and the FAA air crew tiltrotor simulator qualification. Work will be performed at the Marine Corps Air Station, New River, N.C., and is expected to be completed in November 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command Training Systems Division, Orlando, Fla., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Integral Systems, Prince George County, Md., is being awarded a $7,334,852 cost-plus award-fee and firm fixed price contract modification. This contract change modifies the command and control system consolidated (CCS-C) effort to support revised wideband gapfiller satellite (WGS) interface requirements. This action also consolidates all CCS-C effort for WGS Flight 1, Flight 2, and Flight 3 as a cost saving measure. Additionally, this change extends the CCS-C WGS effort by ten additional months to align CCS-C WGS program activities with currently planned WGS launch dates. CCS-C is developing an upgraded capability to command and control the Air Forces communication satellites, including the Defense Satellite Communication System, Milstar, Advanced Extremely High Frequency, and Wideband Gapfiller Satellites. The location of performance is Integral Systems, Lanham, Md. At this time, $29,862 of the funds has been obligated. This work will be complete by September 2007. Solicitation began May 2004 and negotiations were completed October 2004. The Headquarters Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-01-C-0012, P00059).
