ARMY

Alliant Techsystems Inc., Plymouth, Minn., was awarded on Dec. 1, 2004, a $32,000,000 increment as part of a $79,753,790 cost plus incentive fee and fixed price incentive contract for execution of a 120mm Precision Guided Mortar Munitions System Development, Demonstration/Low Rate Initial Production Program. Work will be performed at Plymouth, Minn. (53.5 percent), Janesville, Wis. (3.5 percent), Elk River, Minn. (.5 percent), Rocket Center, W.Va. (10 percent), Brigham City, Utah (.5 percent), Nashua, N.H. (19.7 percent), Chandler, Ariz. (7.7 percent), Joplin, Miss. (.3 percent), Lansing, Mich. (1.6 percent), and Parsons, Kan. (2.7 percent), and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were four bids solicited on Feb. 7, 2003, and four bids were received. The Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce, Picatinny, N.J., is the contracting activity (W15QKN-05-C-1171).

Allison Transmission Division General Motors Corp., Indianapolis, Ind., was awarded on Nov. 23, 2004, a $15,782,974 modification to a firm fixed price contract for 240 X200-4 to X200-4A Transmission Upgrades and 240 Reconditioned Containers. Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Ind., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 23, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Nov. 14, 2003. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-04-C-0422).

TrueTech Inc.*, Riverhead, N.Y., was awarded on Nov. 30, 2004, a delivery order amount of $11,763,177 as part of a $59,227,720 firm fixed price contract for 33,928 M295 Decontamination Kits. Work will be performed in Riverhead, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were two bids solicited on Dec. 4, 1999, and one bid was received. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity (DAAE20-00-D-0020).

DMJM-3D/I, Arlington, Va., was awarded on Nov. 29, 2004, a delivery order amount of $8,264,195 as part of an $82,650,929 cost plus fixed fee contract for the Purchase of Project and Technical Construction Management Services. Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 28, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were four bids solicited on Aug. 1, 2000, and four bids were received. Autometric Inc., Springfield, Va., was awarded on Nov. 19, 2004, a delivery order amount of $4,725,035 as part of a $14,713,773 firm fixed price contract for Commercial Imagery related, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Site Services. Work will be performed at St. Louis, Mo. (5 percent), Washington, D.C. (15 percent), Bethesda, Md. (40 percent), McLean, Va. (5 percent), and Sterling, Va. (35 percent), and is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract on Oct. 14, 2004. Radiance Technologies Inc.*, Huntsville, Ala., was awarded on Nov. 30, 2004, a $3,715,681 increment as part of a $29,865,702 cost plus fixed fee contract for Innovative Technologies and Space Applications. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Ala., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Aug. 26, 1999, and three bids were received. Arkwin Industries, Westbury, N.Y., was awarded on Nov. 30, 2004, a delivery order amount of $760,800 as part of a $10,131,720 firm fixed price contract for Spare Parts for the Chinook Helicopter. Work will be performed in Westbury, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. ITT Industries Inc., Fort Wayne, Ind., was awarded on Nov. 30, 2004, a delivery order amount of $0 as part of a $2,500,000,000 firm fixed price contract for the Single Channel Ground Air Radio System Spares and Repairs. NAVY

The Boeing Co., BCMC3 & Strategic Systems Division, Anaheim, Calif., is being awarded a $10,900,000 cost plus fixed fee contract to provide design agent and technical engineering services in support of the AN/USQ-82 (V) Fiber Optic Data Multiplex Systems (FODMS) for DDG 105-109 and Japanese Navy DDG 2317. The AN/USQ-82 (V) FODMS is a modular, general purpose multiplexing system capable of transferring the majority of internal data signals aboard DDG-51 Class ships. Work will be performed in Anaheim, Calif., and is expected to be completed by September 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract supports the U.S. Navy (93 percent) and the Government of Japan (7 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales program. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity. (N00024-05-C-4303)

Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, Md., is being awarded a $10,000,000 modification to a previously awarded cost plus award fee contract (N00019-93-C-0006) to provide additional funds for the MV-22 Engineering and Manufacturing Development Program. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (50 percent) and Ridley Park, Pa. (50 percent), and is expected to be completed in October 2005. Contract funds in the amount of $2,200,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, Suffolk, Va., is being awarded a $9,737,805 cost plus fixed fee modification to a previously awarded task order contract (N00140-04-D-0195) for services in support of the U.S. Joint Forces Command's Joint Experimentation Program and Joint Futures Lab. Work will be performed in Suffolk, Va., and is expected to be completed by July 2005. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured, with 30 proposals solicited and one offer received. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Systems d/b/a Raytheon Systems Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $6,850,000 modification to a previously awarded cost plus fixed fee contract (N00019-04-C-0003) to further develop a replacement for the DSU-37 Proximity Fuze and to develop a data link for the AIM-9X for the U.S. Air Force ($3,450,000; 50.4 percent) and the U.S. Navy ($3,400,000; 49.6 percent). Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed in September 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Southwest Research Insitute, San Antonio, Texas, is being awarded a $6,500,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm fixed price contract for Transportable Radio Direction Finding (TRDF) AN/SSQ-120, ancillary systems and components, AS-4489/SSQ and AS-141 High Frequency (FH) Antennas Subsystems, AS-4490/SSQ, AS-4490/SSQ with TACAN Mount and AS-420B with TACAN Mount Very High Frequency/Ultra High Frequency (VHF/UHF) Antennas Subsystems, and AS-142 Monopole antennas, OE-326(V)4/SRS-1 without TACAN Mount and associated components. The ordering period under the contract will be December 2004 through November 2005. This contract was awarded on a sole source basis, as there is only one manufacturer of these systems with no other source of supply to satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 with a size standard of $23 million and was synopsized in FedBizOpps on Jan. 28, 2004. No inquiries were received.
