DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Supply Core Inc., Rockford, Ill., * is being awarded a maximum $100,000,000 firm fixed price contract for maintenance, repair and operations Prime Vendor for the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps. Contract services will be performed in Japan, Singapore, and Diego Garcia Zones of the Pacific Region. Performance completion date is March 31, 2007. Contract funds will expire at the end of fiscal year 2005. Proposals were submitted on the World Wide Web with four responses. This is an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract with a two-year base period. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, PA (SP0500-05-D-BP06).

US Food Service, LaMirada, Calif., is being awarded a maximum $40,000,000 firm fixed price contract for prime vendor full line food service for the U.S. Navy. Performance completion date is March 10, 2006. Contract funds will expire at the end of fiscal year 2005. Proposals were submitted on the World Wide Web with 25 solicited and four responses. This is an indefinite quantity contract exercising its second year option. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, PA (SPM300-05-D-3051).

Universal Sodexho, Tacoma, Wash., is being awarded a maximum $60,000,000 firm fixed price contract for maintenance, repair and operations Prime Vendor for the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps. Contract services will be performed in Japan, Singapore, Diego Garcia Zones of the Pacific Region, and South Korea. Performance completion date is March 31, 2007. Contract funds will expire at the end of fiscal year 2005. Proposals were submitted on the World Wide Web with four responses. This is an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract with a two-year base period. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Pa. (SP0500-05-D-BP07).

NAVY

Raytheon Co., Electronics Systems, Goleta, Calif., is being awarded a $44,021,107 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-04-C-0123) to exercise an option for the seventh full-rate-production lot of 42 AN/ALR-67(V)3 Radar Warning Receiver systems for the F/A-18E/F and five spares for the Navy inventory. The AN/ALR-67(V)3 RWR is a radar warning receiver that provides visual and aural alerts to F/A-18E/F aircrew upon detection of ground-based, ship-based, or airborne radar emitters. It is designed to enhance pilot situational awareness by providing accurate identification, lethality, and azimuth displays of hostile and friendly emitters. Work will be performed in El Segundo, Calif. (39 percent); Forest, Miss. (27 percent); Goleta, Calif. (16 percent); Lansdale, Pa. (10 percent); Portland, Ore. (5 percent), and McKinney, Texas (3 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Systems Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded an $8,989,958 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-04-C-0006) to exercise an option for the procurement of AIM-9X Tactical Missiles for the U.S. Air Force (11), and the Government of Denmark (40); Captive Air Training Missiles for the U.S. Air Force (1); Sectionalization Spares for the Governments of Denmark (1) and Korea (1); and containers for the U.S. Air Force (4), and the Government of Denmark (10). This contract combines purchases of the U.S. Air Force ($1,447,110; 16.1 percent), and the Governments of Denmark ($7,027,931; 78.2 percent); and Korea ($514,917; 5.7 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed in April 2007. Contract funds in the amount of $340,283 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

ARMY

McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., Mesa, Ariz., was awarded on March 7, 2005, a $24,818,361 firm-fixed-price contract for Contractor Logistics Support Depot Repair. Work will be performed in Mesa, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on March 7, 2005. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH23-00-C-0001).

ACC Construction Co., Augusta, Ga., was awarded on March 8, 2005, an $11,218,877 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a Passenger Processing Facility. Work will be performed in Alexandria, Va., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 5, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 262 bids solicited on Oct. 28, 2004, and one bid was received. The U.S. Army Engineer District, Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity (W9126G-05-C-0006).

MPRI Inc., Alexandria, Va., was awarded on March 8, 2005, a $7,407,954 firm-fixed-price contract for non-personal service, equipment, transportation, and personnel to operate and maintain a military artillery range. Work will be performed at Butler Range, Iraq, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Dec. 13, 2004, and three bids were received. The Victory Contracting Office, Baghdad, Iraq, is the contracting activity (W27P4C-05-M-0796).

Howard Robson Inc., Landisville, Pa., was awarded on March 8, 2005, a $7,022,000 firm-fixed-price contract to upgrade a Waste Water Treatment Plant. Work will be performed in Annville, Pa., and is expected to be completed by March 30, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 19 bids solicited on Dec. 1, 2004, and two bids were received. The U.S. Property and Fiscal Office, Annville, Pa., is the contracting activity (W912KC-05-C-0006).

Lifeline Shelter Systems Inc.*, Columbus, Ohio, was awarded on March 8, 2005, a delivery order amount of $2,051,748 as part of an $18,735,956 firm-fixed-price contract for 38 Mobile X-Ray Trucks. Work will be performed in Columbus, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by March 4, 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Oct. 6, 2004, and 13 bids were received. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-05-D-B132).

AIR FORCE

The Boeing Co., Anaheim, Calif., is being awarded a $10,506,000 cost-plus award-fee contract modification to provide for Family of Advanced Beyond Line-of-Sight Terminals (FAB-T), Contract Change Proposal (CCP)-0011: ACTS (Security Chip) Handling procedures. This Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) is issued to enhance physical protection and procedural changes in order to comply with ACTS handling guidance provided by the NSA. Because of delays in the completion of Crytographics Verification/Design Verification testing of Government Furnished Equipment ACTS cryptographic devices, the NSA has issued modified handling instructions to be implemented during development, integration and testing of the FAB-T modem processor group. This guidance mandates physical security and emanation protection of the test facility, and will limit contact of the test equipment to personnel with appropriate clearances. At this time, $5,253,000 of the funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by September 2008.
