CONTRACT

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Exxon Mobil Fuels Marketing Co., Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a maximum $887,329,934 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for JP-8 aviation turbine fuel for Defense Energy Support Center. Contract performance will also be completed in Baytown, Texas. Performance completion date is April 30, 2006. Contract funds will expire at the end of fiscal year 2006. Thirty-two proposals were submitted with 22 responses. This is a twelve- month delivery period contract with a 30-day carryover period. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC), Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-05-D-0471).

Air British Petroleum, Warrenville, Ill., is being awarded a maximum $194,730,027 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for aviation turbine fuel for Defense Energy Support Center. Contract performance will also be completed in Texas City, Texas. Performance completion date is April 30, 2006. Contract funds will expire at the end of fiscal year 2006. Thirty-two proposals were submitted with twenty-two responses. This is a 12-month delivery period contract with a 30-day carryover period. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC), Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-05-D-0468).

ConocoPhillips, Bartlesville, Okla., is being awarded a maximum $146,550,002 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for JP-8 jet fuel for Defense Energy Support Center. Contract performance will also be completed in Ponca City, Okla.; Old Ocean, Texas; and Borger, Texas. Performance completion date is April 30, 2006. Contract funds will expire at the end of fiscal year 2006. World Wide Web proposals were submitted with 22 responses. This is a 12-month delivery period contract with a 30-day carryover period. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC), Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-05-D-0488).

CITGO Petroleum Corporation, Houston, Texas, is being awarded a maximum $116,922,733 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for F76, diesel for Defense Energy Support Center. Contract performance will also be completed in Lake Charles, La. Performance completion date is April 30, 2006. Contract funds will expire at the end of fiscal year 2006. Thirty-two proposals were submitted with 22 responses. This is a 12-month delivery period contract with a 30-day carryover period. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC), Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-05-D-0484).

Hermes Consolidated Inc., Denver, Colo., * is being awarded a maximum 27,597,240 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for JP-8 Jet Fuel for Defense Energy Support Center. Contract performance will also be completed in Newcastle, Wyoming. Performance completion date is April 30, 2006. Contract funds will expire at the end of fiscal year 2006. Thirty-two proposals were submitted with twenty-two responses. This is a 12- month delivery period contract with a 30-day carryover period. AIR FORCE

United Technologies Corp., Pratt and Whitney Aircraft Group, East Hartford, Conn., is being awarded a $14,555,430 contract modification to provide for fiscal 2005 Final Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) for 27 F117-PW-100 Install Engines. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete December 2005. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-02-C-0006, P00011).

NAVY

Americo Corporate Lodging Inc., Houston, Texas; DMC Mangement Services, LCC, West Orange, N.J.; Federal Supply Services dba BNP Systems, Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.; and Admiral Inc., San Diego, Calif. are each being awarded a multiple award firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity service contracts to provide lodging facilities in the San Diego, Calif. area on a long term basis for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and military personnel. The contract awards encompass a base year and one option year period. For Americo Corporate Lodging, Inc. the base year amount is $5,722,316, and the contract's estimated value if all options are exercised is $11,444,633; for DMC Management Services, LLC, the base year amount is $5,759,941, and the contract's estimated value if all options are exercised is $11,519,883; for Federal Supply Services dba BNP Systems, the base year amount is $5,980,300, and the contract's estimated value if all options are exercised is $11,960,600; and for Admiral Inc., the base year amount is $5,997,975, and the contract's estimated value if all options are exercised is $12,322,950. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and work is expected to be complete by March 2006. Contract funds for the minimum guarantee and delivery orders will expire at the end of the fiscal year. This requirement was competitively procured by electronic solicitation on Navy Electronic Commerce On-Line. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound Regional Contracting Department is the contracting activity (Americo Corporate Lodging Inc. - N00406-05-D-5072; DMC Management Services - N00406-05-D-5073; Federal Supply Services dba BNP Systems - N00406-05-D-5071; Admiral Inc. - N00406-05-D-5074).

U.S. SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND

United States Marine Inc. of New Orleans, La. is being awarded a $10,693,746, firm fixed priced contract for five Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIB) detachments. The work will be performed in New Orleans, La. and is expected to be completed by May 19, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Each detachment shall consist of two craft, two trailers, two trucks, one lot of Detachment Deployment Package parts, personal crew outfitting items and support documentation. Three lots of Shore-Based Spares will also be delivered to support the Egyptian Navy under this USSOCOM PEO Naval Systems contract. This contract was awarded as a foreign military sales buy per FAR 6.302-4 International Agreements. The contract number is USZA22-03-D-0003, Delivery Order 0028.

ARMY

BAE Systems Ordnance Systems Inc., Kingsport, Tenn., was awarded on March 17, 2005, a $5,940,000 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for the Production Base Support Program. Work will be performed in Kingsport, Tenn., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Dec. 1, 2004. The U.S. Army Field Support Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity (DAAA09-98-E-0006).

Simula Inc., Phoenix, Ariz., was awarded on March 17, 2005, a $5,351,640 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for 240 M915 Crew Protection Kits. Work will be performed in Phoenix, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on March 23, 2004. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-04-C-0259).

Mine Safety Appliances, Murrysville, Pa., was awarded on March 17, 2005, a delivery order amount of $2,569,086 as part of a $29,610,984 firm-fixed-price contract for Neutral, Clear, and Laser Outserts and the Left and Right Lenses for the M40/42 Chemical Biological Protective Masks. Work will be performed in Evans City, Pa. (78 percent), and Leominster, Mass. (22 percent), and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Nov. 8, 2004, and one bid was received. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity (W52H09-05-D-0117).

AM General L.L.C., Mishawaka, Ind., was awarded on March 17, 2005, a delivery order amount of $513,154 as part of a $22,061,062 firm-fixed-price contract for a Lube Oil Cooler for the High Mobility Multi Wheeled Vehicles. Work will be performed in Mishawka, Ind., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were two bids solicited on Oct. 15, 2004, and one bid was received. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-05-D-0134).

Carter Construction Co. Inc.*, Benton, Ark., was awarded on March 16, 2005, a delivery order amount of $500,000 as part of a $6,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Rental of Cutterhead Pipeline Dredge for Maintenance Dredging. Performance location will be determined with each delivery order, and is expected to be completed by April 10, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 52 bids solicited on Feb. 1, 2005, and two bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Ala., is the contracting activity (W91278-05-D-0014).
