ARMY

OGara-Hess & Eisenhardt Armoring Co., Fairfield, Ohio, was awarded on June 10, 2005, a $95,599,219 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for M1114 Up-Armored High Mobility Multi-purpose Wheeled Vehicles. Work will be performed in Fairfield, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on April 10, 2000. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-00-C-S019).

Raytheon Co., Bedford, Mass., was awarded on June 10, 2005, a $36,292,500 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment System. Work will be performed in Elizabeth City, N.C. (25 percent) and Bedford, Mass. (75 percent), and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on May 17, 2005. The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity (W9113M-05-C-0188).

United Defense L.P., Santa Clara, Calif., was awarded on June 10, 2005, a $26,800,000 modification to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Systems Technical Support and Logistics Services for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle and Multiple Launch Rocket Systems and their Derivative Vehicles. Work will be performed in Santa Clara, Calif., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 26, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Dec. 28, 2000. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-01-C-M011).

United Defense L.P., Santa Clara, Calif., was awarded on June 10, 2005, a $14,500,000 modification to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Systems Technical Support and Logistics Services for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle and Multiple Launch Rocket Systems and their Derivative Vehicles. Work will be performed in Santa Clara, Calif., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 26, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. NAVY

Marvin Engineering Co. Inc.*, Inglewood, Calif., is being awarded a $5,098,194 firm- fixed-price delivery order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-03-G-0018) for 161 LAU-7 Missile Launchers. Work will be performed in Inglewood, Calif., and is expected to be completed in February 2007. Contract funds in the amount of $3,424,348 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
