DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

US FOODSERVICE, Atlanta Division, Fairburn, Ga., is being awarded a maximum $38,750,000 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for prime vendor full line food distribution to support Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD customers in Georgia. Using services are Army, and Air Force. Proposals were web-solicited and three responded. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Performance completion date is Oct 15, 2006. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SPM300-06-D3105).

NAVY

Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $30,213,037 ceiling priced order under previously awarded contract (N00383-04-G-025N) for repair of various components of the AH-1W and UH-1N aircraft. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed by December 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point is the contracting activity (Order 7004).

Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Conn., is being awarded a $13,172,772 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-02-C-2110) for an additional year of reactor plant planning yard services. Work will be performed in Groton, Conn. Contract funds in the amount of $12,419,441, will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Work completion date or any additional information is not provided on Naval nuclear propulsion program contracts. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Croman Corp.*, White City, Ore., is being awarded an estimated $12,243,278 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for airlift and recovery functions in support of all Hawaiian military ranges. In addition, this contract provides utility/transport missions to carry passengers/cargo and range clearing operations in the Hawaiian operating area. Work will be performed in Barking Sands, Kauai, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed in October 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-06-D-0005).

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $6,141,458 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-03-C-0006) to exercise an option for the fiscal year 2006 special progressive aircraft rework of one VH-3D Executive Helicopter. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed in September 2006. Contract funds in the amount of $6,141,458 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

Newport News Shipbuilding, Newport News, Va., is being awarded a $5,995,352 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-02-C-2106) for an additional year of standard Navy valve yard services. Work will be performed in Newport News, Va. Contract funds in the amount of $5,564,456, will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Work completion date or any additional information is provided on Naval nuclear propulsion program contracts. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the Contracting Activity.

ARMY

AM General L.L.C., South Bend, Ind., was awarded on Oct. 14, 2005, a $5,095,396 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for M1114, M1097A2, M1113, and M1116 chassis for the high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicles. Work will be performed in South Bend, Ind., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on July 17, 2000. The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-01-C-S001).
