NAVY

Bechtel Bettis Inc., Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, West Mifflin, Pa., is being awarded a $480,700,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-98-C-4064) for Naval Nuclear Propulsion work at the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory. Work will be performed in West Mifflin, Pa. Contract funding in the amount of $108,575,000, will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. No work completion date or other additional information is provided on Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program contracts. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

KAPL Inc. Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, Schenectady, N.Y., is being awarded a $138,600,000 cost-plus-fixed fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-00-C-4011) for Naval nuclear propulsion work at the Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory. Work will be performed in Schenectady, New York. Contract funding in the amount of $30,843,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. No work completion date or other additional information is provided on Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program contracts. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

McDonnell Douglas Corp., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $53,463,067 firm-fixed-price requirements contract for extended logistics support of the F/A-18E/F, excluding the engine. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and work is expected to be completed by December 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point is the contracting activity (N00383-01-D-001H-0005).

Raytheon Systems d/b/a Raytheon Systems Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $29,443,350 ceiling-priced modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-03-C-0003) for 300 AIM-9M tactical missiles and 10 captive air-training missiles for the Government of Pakistan under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (93 percent) and Andover, Mass., (7 percent), and is expected to be completed in August 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

STIDD Systems Inc., Greenport, N.Y., is being awarded $6,804,302 under previously awarded GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract (M67854-05-F-1039) to exercise an option for 76 Diver Propulsion Devices (DPD), DPD spares, training, and other miscellaneous items. The DPDs are underwater mobility systems used to transport Marine Corps divers over a long distance and at a fast pace. The work will be performed in Greenport, N.Y., and is expected to be completed July 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Boeing Co., Long Beach, Calif., is being awarded a $7,119,774 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract modification to incorporate Required Navigation Performance Improvements and High Frequency Data Link capability into 28 C-17 aircraft (Lots 17 through 19). At this time, $2,713,725 has been obligated. This work will be complete July 2008. Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-02-C-2001/P00040).
