Work will be performed in Anniston, Ala. (90 percent), and Camp Anaconda, Iraq (10 percent), and is expected to be completed by Sept. 29, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Aug. 31, 1995. Work will be performed in Reno, Nev. (48 percent), Chatsworth, Calif. (19 percent), Newport Beach, Calif. (8 percent), Madison, Ala. (6 percent), Folsom, Calif. (4 percent), North Billerica, Mass. (9 percent), and Huntington Beach, Calif. (6 percent), and is expected to be completed by Oct. 30, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Co., Long Beach, Calif., is being awarded a $16,400,004 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract modification. This is a modification to the C-17 production contract to incorporate combat lighting capability into 28 aircraft (Lots 17 through 19). This work will be complete in July 2008.
