MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY
Computer Sciences Corp. Federal Sector, Falls Church, Va., is being awarded a cost-plus-award-fee contract modification. This modification implements a non-competitive extension to the existing contract for scientific, engineering and technical assistance support to the Ground-based Midcourse Defense Program in the following areas: system engineering, integration, test and evaluation, operations, security, and business management. The total effort is estimated at $243,143,473, including a 15-month base period and two six-month options. The principal place of performance will be at Computer Sciences Corp., Arlington, Va. Work will also be performed in Fairfax, Va. and Huntsville, Ala., and is expected to be completed by January 2008, inclusive of options. The award value is $8,093,000 using fiscal year 2006 Research, Development, Test and Evaluation funds. The Missile Defense Agency is the contracting activity (HQ0006-03-C-0003).
Lockheed Martin Co., Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $98,000,000 firm fixed price, time and material and cost reimbursable contract to provide for services for C-5 AMP modified aircraft for supply support, engineering and technical support, and software maintenance, along with replenishment spares and non-warranty repair. At this time, $6,544,008 has been obligated. This work will be complete by November 2010. Solicitations began July 2005 and one proposal was received. Negotiations were complete November 2005. The Headquarters Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., is the contracting activity. (FA8525-06-D-0001)
Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $39,877,785 firm fixed price contract modification to support F/A-22 Lot 6 production. This action provides for advanced procurement for 24 Lot 6 aircraft and associated equipment. The location of performance is Lockheed Martin Corp. in Marietta, Ga. and Fort Worth, Texas, and Boeing, Seattle, Wash. At this time, $39,877,785 has been obligated. This work will be complete November 2005. Negotiations were complete October 2005. The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity.
