AIR FORCE
 
            Northrop Grumman Systems, Integrated Systems Air Combat Systems, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $60,621,200 fixed-price-incentive, firm target contract.  This action provides for long lead parts/advance procurement for the following low rate initial production lot 6 items:  five RQ-4B Air Vehicles; three mission control elements; three launch recovery elements, support segment-support equipment and initial spares.  At this time, total funds have been obligated.  Solicitations began February 2006 and negotiations were complete in May 2006.  This work will be complete March 2007.  Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8620-06-C-3002).
 
            Lockheed Martin Simulator, Training and Support, Kennesaw, Ga., is being awarded a $32,675,000 firm-fixed-price contract. This action provides for C-130J Training Device Fuselage Trainer #2, Loadmaster Part Task Trainer, Aircraft Interface Monitor, Visual Awareness Recognition Screen, Weapon System Trainer Local Networking, Training System Support Career (5-months), Contractor Logistics Support (5-months), aircrew training (5-months) Instructor Operation Stration course, ISO Computer Base Trainer, Premium Training Time,
U. S. Marine Corps proposal prep.  At this time, $20,175,000 has been obligated.  Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity FA8621-06-C-6300).
 
            Intercontinental Truck Body, Conrad, Mont., is being awarded a $5,405,105 firm-fixed- price contract. This action provides for flight line tow tractors.  This is an order for 155 each 4x2 flight line tow tractors and 1 each 4x4 Flight Line Tow Tractor against a basic requirements contract.  At this time, total funds have been obligated.  This work will be complete May 2007.  Headquarters Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., is the contracting activity (FA8519-05-D-0003).
 
            Lockheed Martin Corp., Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded a $7,842,633 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification.  This action provides for the Predator Imaging Laser Radar program, which demonstrates a 3-dimensional imaging laser radar sensor suitable for installation on an unmanned air vehicle (UAV) such as a Predator.  The program demonstrates that such a sensor can be produced in a size and weight that is compatible with a UAV while maintaining sensor performance that meets mission requirements.  At this time, $555,954 has been obligated.  This work will be complete by May 2009.  Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33615-01-C-1419/P00010).
 
ARMY
            Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., was awarded on May 18, 2006, a $40,163,297 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for advance procurement funding for the MH-60R Helicopters.  Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on Oct. 4, 2000.  The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH23-02-C-0006).
 
            Information Technology Systems L.L.C.*, Lulling, La., was awarded on May 13, 2006, a delivery order amount of $10,000,000 as part of a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for supply and delivery of clay material.  Work will be performed in St. Bernard Parish, La., and is expected to be completed by May 14, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on April 29, 2006, and nine bids were received.  The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, La., is the contracting activity (W912P8-06-D-0066).
 
            Bean Stuyvesant L.L.C., New Orleans, La.., was awarded on May 22, 2006, a $7,220,300 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance dredging.  Work will be performed in Hillsborough, Fla., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 8, 2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were 12 bids solicited on March 6, 2006, and four bids were received.  The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville, Fla., is the contracting activity (W912EP-06-C-0013).
 
NAVY
       
            Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, Md. , is being awarded a $9,633,457 delivery order against a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00019-04-G-0007) for engineering and technical support for management of the V-22 flight control system and on-aircraft software after completion of the V-22 Engineering and Manufacturing, Development Phase.   Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Pa. (90 percent) and Fort Worth,Texas (10 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2006.  Contract funds in the amount of $854,221 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md.,is the contracting activity.
