AIR FORCE
 
            Sverdrup Technologies, Inc., Tullahoma, Tenn., is being awarded a $50,063,925 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract modification.  This action provides for the Technical, Engineering and Acquisition Support Program and provides a wide range of diverse engineering, technical and acquisition management support.  This is required in the acquisition, development, production, and support of various equipment and weapon systems within the Air Armament Center and other organizations at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.  This is an option exercise to extend the term of the contract, June 11 through Dec. 10, 2006.  The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, though requirements may necessitate less than the amount indicated above.  At this time, total funds have been obligated.  This work will be complete December 2006.  Headquarters Air Armament Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (F08635-01-C-0002/P00052).
 
            Raytheon Systems Co., El Segundo, Calif., is being awarded a $7,996,471 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract.  The objective of this effort is to develop Lightweight, Low-Power Density Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) technology for the DARPA Integrated Sensor is Structure program.  The AESA to be developed is dual band (UHF and X-Band) and bonded to the flexible hull material of the airship.  The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, though actual requirements may necessitate less than the amount above.  At this time, $2,500,000 has been obligated.  Negotiations were complete April 2006.  Work will be complete April 2008.  The Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, N.Y., is the contracting activity (FA8750-06-C-0048).
 
            Boeing Co, Information Space and Defense Systems, Seattle, Wash., is being awarded a $7,736,892 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract.  This action provides for the French AWACS Mid-Life Upgrade Risk Reduction Study.  At this time, $3,000,000 has been obligated.  Work will be complete June 2008.  The Airborne Early Warning & Control Systems Group, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (F19628-01-D-001, delivery order 0049).
 
            L3 Communications Vertex Aerospace, LLC, Madison, Miss., is being awarded a 5,687,913 firm-fixed-price contract modification.  This action provides for Electronic Flight Instrument Systems B-Kits for the C-12 C/D aircraft.  At this time, total funds have been obligated.  Negotiations were complete May 2006.  Work will be complete January 2007.  Headquarters Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (F34601-00-C-0111/P00266).
 
ARMY
 
            AM General L.L.C., South Bend, Ind., was awarded on May 10, 2006, a $42,449,318 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for M1151P1 high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicles.  Work will be performed in South Bend, Ind., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on July 17, 2000.  The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-01-C-S001).
 
            General Dynamics, Taunton, Mass., was awarded on May 10, 2006, a $28,867,952 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of a unit hub baseband truck, joint network nodes, battalion command post nodes, associated spare parts, and sixteen months of maintenance, system configuration, network management setup, contractor field service representative, and contractor depot level repair support services.  Work will be performed in Taunton, Mass., and is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on March 27, 2006.  The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity (W15P7T-06-C-G001).
 
            ITT Industries*, Roanoke, Va., was awarded on May 5, 2006, a delivery order amount of $16,595,392 as part of a $72,686,210 firm-fixed-price contract for helmet mount assemblies and advanced combat helmet front brackets.  Work will be performed in Roanoke, Va., and is expected to be completed by May 11, 2011. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There was one bid solicited on Oct. 19, 2005, and two bids were received.  The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., is the contracting activity (W91CRB-06-D-0007).
 
            GM GDLS Defense Group L.L.C., Sterling Heights, Mich., was awarded on May 10, 2006, an $8,171,111 modification to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Stryker contractor logistics support for the remote weapon station block I pipeline spares support.  Work will be performed in Auburn, Wash., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on June 15, 2005.  The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-02-C-B001).
 
NAVY
 
            Marotta Controls, Inc.*, Montville, N.J., is being awarded a $13,819,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the production of up to 400 Pure Air Generating Systems (PAGS) for integration into the LAU-7 and LAU-127 missile rail launchers, special test equipment, and engineering and technical support services.  Work will be performed in Montville, N.J., and is expected to be completed in December 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals; three offers were received.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-06-D-0019).
