AIR FORCE

McCallie Associates, Incorporated, Bellevue, Nebraska, is being awarded a $6,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for FY 1966 Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance for the United States Strategic Command. This effort includes engineering and analytical support for planning, modeling, integration and maintenance of Command, Control Communications, Computers and Intelligence Systems. The work will be performed in Bellevue, Nebraska. The basic contract year will run through September 1966 and four one-year options may be exercised through September 30, 2000. Eighty-seven bids were solicited and two proposals were received. The solicitation was issued in May 1995 and negotiations were completed in July 1995. The Headquarters 55th Wing (ACC) Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is the contacting activity (F25600-96-D0501).

Computer Sciences Raytheon, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, is being awarded a $101,769,212 Cost-Plus-Award-Fee contract for FY 1996 Systems range technical services for operation and maintenance of the Eastern Test Range and the 45th Space Wing for FY 1996. The work will be performed at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida. Contract is expected to run through FY 1996. ARMY

Talley Defense Systems, Inc., was awarded on August 31, 1995, a $5,321,438 contract for 1,012 Bunker Defeat Munitions. Work will be performed in Mesa, Arizona, and is expected

to be completed by August 31, 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on April 7, 1995. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command (AMCCOM) (DAAA21-95-C-0104).

NAVY

Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Electronics & Systems Integration Division, Electronics & Readiness Support Systems, Great River, New York, is being awarded a $16,217,349 modification to previously awarded contract N61339-95-C-0036 to provide additional funding for procurement of one E-2C tactics trainer for the government of France under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. Work will be performed in Great River, New York, and is expected to be completed by December 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity.

Lovering-Johnston, Inc.,* Wayzata, Minnesota, is being awarded a $15,440,000 firm-fixed-price contract for design and construction of 140 Navy family housing units and housing office/community center at Great Lakes family housing area (former Naval Air Station), Glenview, Illinois. Work will be performed in Glenview, Illinois, and is expected to be completed by March 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 70 offers solicited and four bids received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity (N62467-93-C-1144).

Lincoln Public Schools, Lincoln, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $6,974,800 cost reimbursement/no fee contract for educational services for children residing at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, (kindergarten through eighth grade) for the 1995-1996 school year.. Work will be performed in Lincoln, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by July 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Detachment, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00140-95-C-2834).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Mapco Alaska Petroleum, Inc., Anchorage, Alaska, is being awarded an estimated $9,444,180 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for JP-4 and JP-8 aviation turbine fuels. Two hundred forty proposals were solicited and thirty one were received. Work will be performed in North Pole, Alaska and Memphis, Tennessee and is expected to be completed by October 30, 1996. Cambro MFG Co., Huntington Beach, California, is being awarded a $5,259,300 firm fixed price requirements type contract for insulated food containers with inserts. Forty-three proposals were solicited and two were received. Work is expected to be completed by May 1996. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.
