            Computer Sciences Raytheon is being awarded a contract for $816,171,570. This action provides for Eastern Range Technical Services to provide operations, maintenance, sustainment of critical range and launch processing systems that support the launch processing mission of the 45 Space Wing and its launch customers at Cape Canaveral Air Station. The scope of this acquisition will include all critical range systems and associated support systems. Service include downrange facilities support, base and range local area network/metropolitan area network (LAN/MAN) service, and other minor technical systems support required for successful range mission accomplishment. At this time, all funds have been obligated. For more information please call (321) 494-1490. 45 CONS/LGCZR, 1201 Edward H.             Lockheed Martin-Integrated Systems and Solutions is being awarded a contract modification for $13,105,246. This contract action is to complete the NORAD USNORTHCOM Command Center (N2C2) Upgraded Program tasks required to provide the NORAD/USNORTHCOM (N/NC) Commander with a single integrated Command Center and to provide a collaborative environment to support existing and newly assigned missions. This project includes renovation and improvement of facilities and deployment of modernized information systems (audio/video). This project shall provide Combatant Commander’s Integrated Command and Control System (CCIC2S) interactive connectivity for N/NC duty positions and senior battle staff personnel. At this time, $6,142,175 has been obligated. For more information please call (719) 556-6334. 850 ELSG/PK, 1050 E. NAVY
DRS Systems, Inc., Parsippany, N.J., is being awarded a $50,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract for a satellite-based internet-broadband service and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network in support of deployed military personnel. Locations include Iraq and the Balkans, as well as other non-Global Information Grid (GIG) operations in the European Command, Central Command, Pacific Command, and African Command Areas of Responsibility as well as the British Indian Ocean Trust Authority, and other unidentified locations per tasking received by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Europe office. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $250,000,000.  Work will be performed in Iraq (approx. 75 percent) and in other OCONUS locations (approx. 25 percent), and work is expected to be completed by August 2008 (August 2012 with all options). Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with unlimited proposals solicited and four offers were received. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity (N65236-07-D-5120).
 
         Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Amarillo, Texas, is being awarded a $49,253,292 cost-plus-award-fee contract for non-recurring development of the V-22 Block C Environmental Control System Upgrade. Work will be performed in Ridley Park, Pa. (98 percent), and Fort Worth, Texas (2 percent), and is expected to be completed in November 2011. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-07-C-0040).
 
               Bell Boeing Joint Program Office, Amarillo, Texas, is being awarded a $10,455,008 fixed-price-incentive-fee contract for all non-recurring engineering for the MV-22 aircraft, numbers 41 through 60, to be retrofitted to the Block B.  Contractor will incorporate all approved engineering change proposals associated with the upgrade of Block A aircraft to Block B configuration. Work will be performed in Ridley Park/Township, Pa. (50 percent); and Fort Worth, Texas (50 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-06-C-0296).
 
            The Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, Md., is being awarded an $8,110,070 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00019-03-C-3017) to exercise an option for engineering and logistics services in support of the MV-22 Total Life Cycle Logistics Support effort. Services to be provided include planning and management; supportability analysis; training; support equipment; facilities management; computer resources; supportability test and evaluation; packaging, handling, storage and transportation of supplies; post-DD250 engineering and technical support; site/unit activation; on-site representative support; logistics life cycle cost; age exploration; configuration management; technical publications; and Naval Air Training and Operational Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) support. Work will be performed in Ridley Park, Pa. (45 percent); Fort Worth, Texas (40 percent); and New River, N.C. (15 percent), and is expected to be completed in August 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
 
ARMY
 
General Dynamics, Sterling Heights, Mich., was awarded on Aug. 22, 2007, a delivery order amount of $19,646,005 as part of a $37,792,093 firm-fixed-price contract for the reset and repair of desert damaged M1A1 Abrams vehicles. Work will be performed in Lima, Ohio (70 percent), Scranton, Pa. (14 percent), Anniston, Ala. (10 percent), and Tallahassee, Fla. (6 percent), and is expected to be completed by Sept. 25, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on May 29, 2007. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-06-G-0006).
