NAVY

Booz-Allen and Hamilton, Inc., McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $10,293,250 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering and technical program management support of command, control, and communications systems for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) under the Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS). Work will be performed in McLean, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by October 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Machinery Apparatus Operation Division, Schenectady, New York, is being awarded a $57,068,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-92-C-4009 for naval nuclear propulsion components. Metro Machine Corporation, Norfolk, Virginia, is being awarded a $8,792,084 firm-fixed-price contract for extended drydocking selected restricted availability for USS Hayler (DD 997). TRW, Inc., Systems Integration Group, Government Information Services Division, Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded a $6,968,449 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-92-C-6457 for marine engineering, naval architecture, program management, and logistics support to the Strategic Sealift Program Office. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by July 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. LBM, Inc., Dunn, North Carolina, is being awarded a not-to-exceed $20,370,430 firm-fixed-price award fee and indefinite quantity contract for transportation operations and maintenance services. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida, and is not-to-exceed 60 months. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Lane Construction Corporation, Meriden, Connecticut, is being awarded a $9,973,000 firm-fixed-price contract for additions and alterations to an aircraft parking apron and the expansion of a hydrant fuel system and related work at Barksdale Air Force Base, Shreveport, Louisiana. Work is expected to be completed by March 1996. Contract are military construction, Air Force, and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Ballistic Missile Defense Organization

Sparta, Inc., Laguna Hills, Calif., is being awarded a $12.06 million Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract for systems analysis for ballistic missile defense services required by the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization. Work will be performed at McLean, Va., and is expected to be completed in November 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. One hundred fourteen bids were solicited and two were received. The contracting activity is Acquisition/Theater Missile Defense Deputate, BMDO, Washington, D.C., HQ0006-05-C-002. This contract will be awarded using FY `94 RDT&E funds.

AIR FORCE

Boeing Defense and Space Group, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $11,428,223 (Not-to-Exceed) face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract for FY1995 testing for a variety of United States and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) cooperative developments using Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) resources, including the AWACS development tested aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed September 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity

Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, Incorporated, Space Systems Division, Sunnyvale, California, is begin awarded a $25,000,000 (Not-to-Exceed) face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract. This contract provides for Developmental Flight Satellites 5 and 6 of the MILSATCOM program. The work will be performed at Sunnyvale, California (10%), Los Angeles, California (81%) and other subcontractors. Contract is expected to be completed August 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles, California, is the contracting activity (F04701-92-C-0049, P00028).

Martin Marietta Services, Incorporated, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, is being awarded a $23,950,000 (Nor-to-Exceed) cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. This contract provides for engineering and research support for the Simulator for Air-to-Air Combat (SAAC) at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Contract is expected to be completed November 1999. Contract funds of $1,539,994 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Eighty-six bids were solicited and three proposals were received. The solicitation was issued March 1994 and negotiations were completed 1994. The Human Systems Center, Brooks Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41624-94-D-5020).

Boeing Defense and Space Group, Space and Missile Division, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $68,500,000 face value increase to a fixed-price-incentive contract. This contract provides for descoping of 2 Inertial Upper Stage (IUS) launch vehicles and procurement of various line replaceable units and solid rocket motors. Contract is expected to be completed February 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles, California, is the contracting activity (F04701-91-C-0011, P0008).
