ARMY
Light Helicopter Turbine Engine Company, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded
an $18,688,088 modification to a cost plus fixed fee contract for the first
FY95 incremental funding for the T801 growth engine Full Seals Development
Program (FSD). Work will be performed in Phoenix, Arizona (50%), and
Indianapolis, Indiana (50%), and is expected to be completed by September 30,
1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This is a sole source contract initiated on August 25, 1991. The contracting
activity is the U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command, St. Louis, Missouri
(DAAJ09-92-C-0453).
AIR FORCE
Lockheed Corporation, Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Company, Marietta,
Georgia, is being awarded a $52,865,920 face value increase to a
cost-plus-award-fee contract for the Period 7 Earned Award Fee for development
of the F-22 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed March 2002.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The
Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the
contracting activity (F33657-91-C-0006, P00159).
Rockwell International Corporation, North American Aircraft, Los Angeles,
California, is being awarded a $10,618,094 face value increase to a
firm-fixed-price contract for 101 provisioning line items for initial
spare/repair parts in support of the AC-130U gunship. Contract is expected to
be completed June 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force
Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity (F09603-87-C-0106, PQ0178).
Rockwell International Corporation, North American Aircraft Los Angeles,
California, is being awarded an $11,205,168 face value increase to a
firm-fixed-price contract for initial spare/repair parts in support of the
AC-130U gunship. Contract is expected to be completed March 1996. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Warner Robins
Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting

United Technologies Corporation, Pratt and Whitney Aircraft Group, Government
Engine and Space Propulsion, West Palm Beach, Florida, is being awarded an
$8,484,972 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract for the Period
Seven Earned Award Fee for development of the F119 engine applicable to the
F-22 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed November 2001. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Aeronautical
