Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) geolocation techniques.
Work will be
performed in San Jose, California, and is expected to be completed by July 14,
1999.

This is a sole source contract initiated on July 15, 1994.

AIR FORCE
Systems Research Laboratories, Incorporated, Dayton, Ohio, is being awarded a
$17,588,099 cost-plus-award-fee contract for technical support and experimental
subjects in support of human factors technology research at Wright-Patterson
