DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Production Supply Company of Washington,* Kent, Washington, is being awarded an estimated $10,491,849 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for 9,535 various aluminum plates. Twenty proposals were solicited and five were received. Work will be performed in Washington, and is expected to be completed by December 30, 1997. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Industrial Supply Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (SPO500- 94-D-0016).

ARMY

Hughes Aircraft Company, Fullerton, California, is being awarded a $5,236,964 modification to a firm fixed price contract for software and technical support for the Ground Based Sensor. Work will be performed in Fullerton, California, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 7 bids solicited on December 2, 1994, and 7 bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-91-C-0002).

Condor Systems, Incorporated*, San Jose, California, is being awarded $11,166,784 as part of a $62,700,000 fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for the Common Module ELINT System (CMES), which will detect and locate radar emitters on the battlefield using Line of Bearing (LOB) and Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) geolocation techniques. Work will be performed in San Jose, California, and is expected to be completed by July 14, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on July 15, 1994. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command, Warrenton, Virginia (DAAB10-95-D-0501).

J&J Maintenance, Incorporated, Austin, Texas, is being awarded an increment as part of a $10,769,161 cost plus award fee contract for operation and maintenance services at Evans Army Community Hospital and other medical buildings. Work will be performed at Fort Carson, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by January 31, 2000. Funding is subject to availability of funds. There were 32 bids solicited on February 25, 1994, and 5 bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Forces Command, Fort Carson, Colorado (DAKF06-95-C-0005).

NAVY

dr/Balti/UBM* (Joint Venture), Chicago, Illinois, is being awarded a $5,260,000 firm-fixed-price contract for barracks reactivation. Work will be performed in Great Lakes, Illinois, and is expected to be completed by August 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with three proposals solicited and eight offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity (N62467-94-C-0633).

AIR FORCE

Systems Research Laboratories, Incorporated, Dayton, Ohio, is being awarded a $17,588,099 cost-plus-award-fee contract for technical support and experimental subjects in support of human factors technology research at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Contract is expected to be completed December 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Fifty-two bids were solicited and two proposals were received. The solicitation was issued April 1993 and negotiations were completed March 1993. The Human Systems Center, Brooks Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41624-95-C-6014).
