ARMY

Olin Defense Systems/Winchester Group, Independence, Missouri, is being awarded a $15,585,044.16 modification to a $698,286,412.95 contract plus fee award for operation and maintenance of government owned, contractor operated Lake City Ammunition Plant, Independence, Missouri. Work will be performed in Independence, Missouri, and is expected to be completed by September 30, 1995. Of the total contract funds, $24,035.00 is expected to expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 17 bids solicited on October 3, 1984 and 7 bids received. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command, Rock Island, Illinois (DAAA09-91-Z-0009).

United Technologies Corporation, Sikorsky Aircraft Division, Stratford, Connecticut, is being awarded a $185,008,576.00 increment as part of a $1,590,310,976.00 modification to a firm fixed price contract for production and all support for 60 UH-60L Black Hawk helicopters. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on February 5, 1991. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Aviation and Troop Command, St. Louis, Missouri (DAAJ09-92-C-0004).

NAVY

Telecommunications Techniques Corporation, Germantown, Maryland, is being awarded a $5,399,956 indefinite quantity firm-fixed-price contract for 400 telecommunication test sets in support of the General Purpose Electronic Test Equipment Program. Work will be performed in Germantown, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by December 1997. Contact funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 40 proposals solicited and four offers received. The Navy Ships Parts Control Center, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00104-95-D-LA05).

AIR FORCE

Rockwell International Corporation, Command and Control Systems Division, Richardson, Texas, is being awarded a $6,800,000 (Estimated) face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract. This contract provides for 34 MILSTAR Air Force terminal remoting systems and a production configuration upgrade. Contract is expected to be completed February 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Trans-Tec Services Incorporated,* New York, New York, is being awarded a $9,235,718 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for the delivery of 20,182,500 gallons of fuel to ships' bunkers. Three hundred sixty-five proposals were solicited and fifteen were received. Work will be performed in California, New Jersey, Washington and Virginia. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Alexandria, Virginia, is the contracting activity (SPO600-95-D-0014).
