            Raytheon Co., Andover, Mass., was awarded a $59,034,271 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract.  The award will provide for the modification of an existing contract to support the Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor.  Work will be performed in Andover, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 28, 2013.  One bid was solicited, with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity (DASG60-98-C-0001).

NAVY

            Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $24,476,978 firm-fixed-price delivery order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-10-G-0003) for spare parts and supplies in support of the MQ-8B vertical take-off and landing tactical unmanned air vehicle.  Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif. (36 percent), Horseheads, N.Y. (30 percent); Salt Lake City, Nev. (11 percent); Sparks, Nev. (11 percent); and various other locations within the United States (12 percent); and is expected to be completed in April 2014.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity. 

            CACI Inc., Federal, Chantilly, Va., is being awarded a $6,551,365 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract with fixed price ordering provisions for engineering and technical support services for the Naval Supply (NAVSUP) readiness based sparing program.  This contract contains options, which if exercised, will bring the contract value to $20,189,291.   Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Pa. (80 percent); Mechanicsburg, Pa. (15 percent); and Washington DC (5 percent), and is expected to be completed on Nov. 4, 2013.  If all options are exercised, work will continue through Nov. 4, 2015.  A minimum amount of $655,136 will be funded at the time of the award.  The Navy Working Capital contract funds will not expire by the end of fiscal year 2013.  The contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online, with two offers received in response to this solicitation.  The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N00189-13-D-Z001). 

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

            Colorado Jet Center, Colorado Springs, Colo., was awarded contract SPM0600-12-D-0077.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment, into-plane contract with a maximum $20,020,242 for fuel.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using military service is Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies.  There was one solicitation with one response.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012 through fiscal 2016 Defense Working Capital Funds.  The date of performance completion is June 15, 2014.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va. 

            Spacelabs Medical Inc., Issaquah, Wash., was issued a modification exercising the third option year on contract SPM2D1-09-D-8351/P00010.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment contract with a maximum $13,460,681 for patient monitoring systems, subsystems, accessories, consumables, and training.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies.  There were seventeen solicitations with nine responses.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2013 and fiscal 2014 Defense Working Capital Funds.  The date of performance completion is October 7, 2013.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa.

AIR FORCE

CORRECTION:  URS Federal Support Services, Inc., Germantown, Md., (FA8106-07-C-004-P00173) is being awarded a $32,772,618 modification to contract for logistics support for the C-26B aircraft for the Air National Guard.  The location of the performance is Germantown, Md.  Work is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2013.  The contracting activity is AFLCMC/WLKLC, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla.
