NAVY
Martin Marietta Corporation, Government Electronic Systems, Moorestown, New
Jersey, is being awarded a $35,000,000 modification to previously awarded
contract N00024-94-C-5144 for technical and engineering services for combat
system engineering computer program development and maintenance, ship
installation and testing, and training, planning, and integrated logistic
support for the Japanese DDG 2316 AEGIS destroyer under the Foreign Military
Sales Program (FMS). Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is
expected to be completed by July 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the

Southwest Marine, Inc., San Diego, California, is being awarded the Phased
Maintenance Program (PMP) for LPD-4 Class vessels homeported in San Diego,
California, including USS Ogden (LPD-5), USS Duluth (LPD-6), USS Cleveland
(LPD-7), USS Denver (LPD-9), USS Juneau (LPD-10), and USS Coronado (AGF-11).
This is a cost-plus-award fee contract with a face proposed planning amount of
$13,735, with the total cumulative value of the contract, including options for
accomplishment of the PMP, totaling $82,152,314. Work will be performed in San
Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by December 1999. Contract
funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was

Richardson, Texas, is being awarded a $26,545,257 modification to previously
awarded contract N00019-93-C-0136 to fabricate and furnish a high-power
transmit set for the E-6A aircraft. Work will be performed in Richardson,
Texas (66%), El Paso, Texas (10%), Shreveport, Louisiana (20%), Anaheim,
California (2%), and Cedar Rapids, Iowa (2%), and is expected to be completed

Grumman Aerospace and Electronics Group, Point Mugu, California, is being
awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity letter
contract with a ceiling value of $9,505,270 for engineering and technical
services in support of the EA-6B Weapons System Support Lab (WSSL), including
operation and maintenance, design, development, integration of modifications/
upgrades, configuration management, and documentation. Work will be performed
in Point Mugu, California, and is expected to be completed by May 1999.

The Boeing Company, Boeing Defense & Space Group, Military Airplane Division,
Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $5,572,804 modification to previously
awarded contract N00019-94-C-0015 to provide additional funds for the design,
development, fabrication, integration, and installation of an automatic
autothrottle flight control system for the E-6A aircraft. Work will be
performed in Wichita, Kansas, (60%), Seattle, Washington (27%), and Huntsville,
Alabama (13%), and is expected to be completed by September 1995. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air

Lockheed Missiles & Space Company, Inc., Sunnyvale, California, is being
awarded a $20,803,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for an unpriced new
procurement modification to FY 95 Trident II (D5) missile production and the
Long Lead Material required for the FY 96 Trident (D5) missile system. Work
will be performed Sunnyvale, California, and is expected to be completed by
September 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. The Navy's Strategic Systems Program, Washington, D.C., is the

ARMY
Raytheon Company, Electronic Systems Division, Bedford, Massachusetts, is
being awarded a $7,275,750 cost plus incentive fee contract for new PATRIOT
equipment training of approximately 600 personnel during the period March 8,
1995 through May 31, 1996. Work will be performed in El Paso, Texas (42%),
Saudi Arabia (17%), Germany (12.9%), Bedford, Massachusetts (10%), Korea
(9.2%), Burlington, Massachusetts (4.6%), Huntsville, Alabama (2.5%), and
Andover, Massachusetts (1.8%), and is expected to be completed by May 31, 1996.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is
a sole source contract initiated on October 20, 1994. The contracting activity

AIR FORCE
Loral Federal Systems, Manassas, Virginia, is being awarded a $499,600,000
face value increase to a firmed-fixed-price, Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite
Delivery contract for the Defense Message System-Government Open System
Interconnection Profile (DMS-GOSIP) which will provide electronic messaging
products and services for the Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
The work will be performed at Fairfax, Virginia. Contract is expected to be
completed May 1997. Contract funds of 40 million will expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. Two hundred one bids were solicited and four proposals
were received. The solicitation was issued in March 1994 and negotiations were

Martin Marietta Aerospace Corporation, Denver, Colorado, is being awarded a
$6,402,164 face value increase to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for operation,
maintenance and upgrade of the Titan Enterprise Zone, which provides on-line
access to a range of Titan IV program information for over 2500 users.
Contract is expected to be completed September 1999. Contract funds will not

Contract funds of 50 million will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
