ARMY
Loral Vought Systems Corporation, Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded a
$75,289,858 modification to a firm fixed price contract for 49 Multiple Launch
Rocket System (MLRS) Launchers, 1,315 MLRS Practice Rocket Pods, and 158
Tactical Rocket Pods for Israel, Japan, Greece, and the United States. Work
will be performed in Camden, Arkansas (28%), and Dallas, Texas (72%), and is
expected to be completed by January 30, 1997. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a letter contract initiated on
January 11, 1994. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Missile Command,
Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-94-C-A005).
NAVY
Lockheed Martin, Ocean, Radar & Sensor Systems, Syracuse, New York, is being
awarded a $9,950,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for TPS-59 radar modification
engineering services and studies for the U.S. Marine Corps. Work will be
performed in Syracuse, New York, and is expected to be completed by April 1997.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was not competitively procured. The Marine Corps Systems Command,
Quantico, Virginia, is the contracting activity (M67854-92-C-1069).
AIR FORCE
Orbital Sciences Corporation, Dulles, Virginia, is being awarded a $12,746,328
face value increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract for integration and launch
of Space Test Program Mission 4 Satellite on a Pegasus launch vehicle.
Contract is expected to be completed March 1997. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Space and Missile Systems
Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California is the contracting activity
