ARMY
Herve Cody, of Robbinsville, North Carolina, is being awarded a $1,600,000
increment as part of a cumulative total $6,699,750 firm fixed-price
construction contract. The contract is for the rehabilitation of the Turtle
Creek Local Flood Protection Project, in Turtle Creek Basin, Pennsylvania. The
work consists of removal of sediment, clearing and removal of debris, cleaning
weep holes in concrete slope paving, repair of access ramps, reconstruction of
debris dams, repair of concrete slope paving, repair of expansion joints, and
seeding and appurtenant items of work. The work will be performed in Allegheny
County, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed by August 28, 1996.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There
were 52 bids submitted on May 26, 1994 and four bids were received. The

AIR FORCE
McDonnell Douglas Corporation, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded an
$11,543,000 face value increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract for Contractor
Technical Support for the operation and maintenance of F-15S aircraft.
Contract is expected to be completed December 1995. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This effort supports foreign
military sales to Saudi Arabia. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air

The Air Force is awarding Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts to

for hardware and software systems. The total program is valued at up to
$400,000,000 to be divided between the five contractors with each contractor
guaranteed a minimum of $50,000. Contract is expected to be completed May
2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. A
total of 125 firms were solicited; 8 proposals were received. The solicitation
was issued in May 1994 and negotiations were completed in May 1995. The

Ceridian Corporation, Computing Devices International, Bloomington, Minnesota,
is being awarded a $9,391,392 fixed-price delivery order under an indefinite
delivery/indefinite quantity requirements contract for 96 ECP-45 kits for the
upgrade of AN/AYK-14(V) airborne mission computers for the F/A-18 aircraft.
Work will be performed in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is expected to be
completed by May 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval
