NAVY
 

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $97,832,182 modification to a previously awarded advance acquisition contract (N00019-13-C-0008) for a financial arrangement implementing a Foreign Military Sales Letter of Offer for the government of Israel in support of the F-35 Lightning II joint program. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and expected to be completed in December 2022. Foreign military sales funds in the amount of $30,296,783 are being obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting authority.
 

AIR FORCE
 

PAE-Applied Technologies LLC, Marlton, New Jersey, has been awarded a $43,490,040 firm-fixed-price bridge contract for base operating support services. Contractor will provide the provide communications and information technology, housing management, operation and maintenance, space management, grounds and site maintenance, engineering services, environmental management, utilities and energy management, fire protection, supply, transportation, purchasing, and community services. Work will be performed at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and is expected to be complete by Feb. 29, 2016. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal year 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $2,950,992 are being obligated at the time of award. The 338th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA3002-15-C-0003).

 

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

 

Michelin North America, Greenville, South Carolina, has been awarded a maximum $35,208,626 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-quantity contract for purchase and support of ground vehicle tires. This is a two-year base contract with two one-year option periods. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and five offers were received. Location of performance is South Carolina with a Dec. 1, 2016, performance completion date. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2015 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Columbus, Ohio (SPE7L1-15-D-0007).
 

Bethel Industries Inc.,* Jersey City, New Jersey, has been awarded a maximum $14,253,665 modification (P00105) exercising the second option year to one-year base contract (SPM1C1-13-D-1015) with four one-year option periods for combat utility uniform trousers. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract. Locations of performance are New Jersey and Mississippi with a Dec. 4, 2015, performance completion date. Using military service is Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2015 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.


DEFENSE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SERVICE
 

Ernst & Young LLP, Washington D.C., is being awarded a not-to-exceed $14,402,567 labor-hour contract for audit services for the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General to audit the United States Department of the Air Force General Fund Schedule of Budgetary Activity. Work will be performed in Washington D.C. with an expected completion date of 31 Dec. 31, 2019. Fiscal year 2015 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $14,402,567 will be obligated at time of award. This contract was a competitive acquisition solicited electronically via GSA eBuy, and three quotes were received. Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Contract Services Directorate, Columbus, Ohio is the contracting activity. Contract number GS-23F-8152H; HQ0423-15-F-0016.
