BAE Systems Norfolk Ship Repair, Norfolk, Virginia, is being awarded an $115,000,373 undefinitized contract action as a modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-11-C-4407) for USS Bataan (LHD 5) fiscal 2015 dry-docking planned maintenance availability. A dry-docking planned maintenance availability includes the planning and execution of depot-level maintenance, alterations, and modifications that will update and improve the ship's military and technical capabilities. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by November 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $28,750,000 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Norfolk Ship Support Activity, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
 

Raytheon Co., McKinney, Texas, is being awarded $64,066,288 for ceiling priced delivery order 7000 against previously issued Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-15-G-005D for the repair of 25 weapon repairable assemblies and 35 shop replaceable assemblies of the Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infrared System used in the support of the F/A-18 Aircraft. Work will be performed in McKinney, Texas (77.2 percent); Jacksonville, Florida (19.9 percent); and El Segundo, California (2.9 percent), and work is expected to be completed by December 2016. Fiscal 2015 Navy working capital funds in the amount of $48,049,716 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire before the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole-source requirement in accordance with 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) with one offer received in response to the solicitation. NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.
 

BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Inc., Greenlawn, New York, is being awarded a $34,290,601 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of 53 AN/APX-117A(V) identification friend or foe (IFF) transponders and 10 AN/APX-118A(V) IFF transponders for the U.S. Navy; and 661 AN/APX-123A(V) IFF transponders for the U.S. Navy (500), U.S. Army (100), U.S. National Guard (4), and the governments of Qatar (24), Australia (13), Korea (7), Turkey (7), and Denmark (6). In addition, this contract provides for procurement of 217 Mode 5 change kits and 67 integrations of mode 5 change kits for the U.S. Navy; three mode 4 remote control units for the U.S. Navy (1) and the U.S. National Guard (2); 111 mode 5 RCUs for the U.S. Navy (109) and U.S. National Guard (2). This contract also provides for procurement of 121 IFF mounting, six receiver/transmitters, two single board computers, 20 power supplies, six signal processors, four mode 4 chassis, four mode 5 chassis, seven mode 4/5 with crypto shop replaceable assemblies, one mode 4 with crypto SRA, and five dummy receiver transmitter chassis for the U.S. Navy. This award will also procure repairs for 10 AN/APX-117A(V) IFF transponders, 30 AN/APX-118A(V) IFF transponders, 30 AN/APX-123A(V) IFF transponders and five RCUs for the U.S. Navy listed above and software engineering support. Work will be performed in Greenlawn, New York (85 percent), and Scottsdale, Arizona (15 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2016. No funds are being obligated at time of award. Funds will be obligated on individual delivery orders as they are issued. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR.6.302-1. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy ($28,473,376; 83 percent); U.S. Army ($3,526,800; 10.3 percent); U.S. National Guard ($201,168; 0.6 percent); and the governments of Qatar ($846,432; 2.5 percent); Australia ($503,616; 1.5 percent); Korea ($258,159; 0.7 percent); Turkey ($246,876; 0.7 percent); and Denmark ($234,174; 0.7 percent) under the foreign military sales program. The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a $15,446,486 modification to a previously issued Basic Ordering Agreement (N00019-11-G-0001) to exercise an option for Phase C1 of the F/A-18 A-D Airframe Services Life Extension Program. The effort will include seven flight critical engineering change proposals for fracture and maintenance critical areas of the airframe. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri (55 percent), and El Segundo, California (45 percent), and is expected to be completed in March 2016. Fiscal 2014 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $15,446,486 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. LTM INC., Havelock, North Carolina, is being awarded a $12,929,503 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering and technical support of various aircraft, engines, components and support systems for the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army, the National Guard and Reserves, and the governments of Japan and Chile. Work will be performed at the Fleet Readiness Center East, Cherry Point, North Carolina, and is expected to be completed in June 2016. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy and Air Force); fiscal 2015 aircraft procurement (Navy); fiscal 2015 working capital funds (Navy); fiscal 2015 National Guard and Reserves (Army), and foreign military sales funds in the amount of $2,754,229 will be obligated at time of award, $538,957 of which will expire at the end of the current year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy ($2,408,551; 87 percent); the U.S. Air Force ($290,101; 10 percent); the National Guard and Reserves ($8,047; 1 percent); and the governments of Japan ($23,765; 1 percent) and Chile ($23,765; 1 percent), under the foreign military sales program. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity (N61340-15-D-0002).
 

Raytheon Co., Integrated Defense Systems, Tewksbury, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $12,280,367 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-10-C-5126) to purchase Ships Mission Center shore trainer, crew training and support and prerequisite training materials. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, Rhode Island (80 percent), and in Bath, Maine (20 percent), and is expected to be completed by April 2016. Fiscal 2015 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $12,280,367 will be obligated at time of award. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.
 

Raytheon Co., Goleta, California, is being awarded $11,999,825 for firm-fixed-priced delivery order 7021 under previously awarded Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-12-G-001D for the repair of six improved multi-platform launch controllers (IMPLCs), repair and retrofit of an additional 48 IMPLCs, and repair and retrofit of 11 primary power supplies. Work will be performed at Forrest, Mississippi, and is expected to be completed by October 2016. Fiscal 2015 Navy working capital funds in the amount of $11,999,825 will be obligated at the time of award, and will not expire before the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), with one offer received in response to this solicitation. The NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.
 

Lockheed Martin Corp., Baltimore, Maryland, is being awarded a $10,416,933 delivery order to a previously awarded Basic Ordering Agreement (N00024-12-G-4329) for the accomplishment of fleet maintenance sustainment support to the littoral combat ship program. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by March 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $10,416,933 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Boeing Co., Seattle, Washington, has been awarded a not to exceed $84,500,000 undefinitized contract action modification (P00054) to previously awarded contract FA8625-11-C-6600 for KC-46 production spares and production support equipment. Contractor will provide the procurement of 4,880 production support equipment items and six production spare parts. Work will be performed at Seattle, Washington, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2016. Fiscal 2014 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $9,500,000 and fiscal 2015 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $32,223,722 are being obligated at the time of award. Composite Engineering Inc., Sacramento, California, has been awarded a $72,367,482 firm-fixed-price contract for Air Force Subscale Aerial Target Lots 11-13 production. Contractor will produce the AFSAT BQM-167A that will be used by the 53rd Weapons Evaluation Group to test and evaluate air-to-air and surface-to-air weapons systems. Work will be performed at Sacramento, California, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2017. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2013 and 2014 Department of Defense procurement funds in the amount of $24,309,430 are being obligated at the time of award. Lockheed Martin Space Systems, Sunnyvale, California, has been awarded a $12,463,696 modification (P00649) to previously awarded contract F04701-02-C-0002 for the Advanced Extremely High Frequency system. Contractor will provide protected key management architecture (KMA) for installation, integration and factory test of the replacement KMA system with the existing AEHF control and space segments. Work will be performed at Sunnyvale, California; Vandenberg Air Force Base, California; and Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2017. Fiscal 2014 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $3,979,384 are being obligated at the time of award. Alliant Techsystems Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a firm- fixed price, cost-plus-fixed-fee $9,949,966 modification (P00053) to previously awarded contract FA8106-10-C-0010. Contractor will provide contractor logistic support for the Iraqi Air Force's Cessna 208B Caravan and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2015. This contract involves foreign military sales. General Electric Co., Cincinnati, Ohio, has been awarded a $7,558,560 firm-fixed-price requirements contract for contractor engineering and technical services in support of GE engines. Contractor will provide support for F110-GE-100/129, A-10 TF-34, KC-135F-108, TF-39/F-138, F108-CF-100/200/201, F101-GE-102, F118-GE-100, J85-21B, F110, and F-16 C/D engines. Contractor engineering and technical services will be provided by the original manufacturer to elevate the skills and abilities of Air Force military and civilian personnel so that they may become self-sufficient in system maintenance. Raytheon Missile Systems Co., Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $59,398,002 modification (P00026) to firm-fixed-price contract W31P4Q-12-C-0265 to acquire tube launched optically tracked wireless guided (TOW) missiles.
