AIR FORCE
 

Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Herndon, Virginia, has been awarded a $963,500,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) ground subsystems support. Contractor support includes sustainment engineering, technical assistance and program management services for ground subsystems to include sustainment, assessment, system modification and technical support. Work will be performed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah; Vandenberg Air Force Base, California; Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana; Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota; F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska; Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Needham, Massachusetts, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 31, 2020. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with two offers received. Fiscal year 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $4,361,537 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (FA8214-15-D-0001).
 

Aerospace Testing Alliance, Tullahoma, Tennessee, has been awarded a $45,686,693 cost-plus-award-fee modification (P00346) to previously awarded contract F40600-03-C-0001 for the Arnold Engineering Development complex. The contract will increase the workload for the operations, maintenance, information management and support of the complex. Work will be performed at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee, and is expected to be complete by Sep. 30, 2015. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Test Center, Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee, is the contracting activity.


HX5 LLC, Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, has been awarded a $15,900,000 cost-reimbursement incentive contract for advisory and assistance services. The contractor will provide combat rescue helicopter program support. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be complete by Feb. 29, 2020. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition via the General Services Administration’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) utilizing the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business segment with five offers received. Fiscal year 2015 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $3,500,000 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8622-15-F-8105).


Call Henry Inc., Titusville, Florida, has been awarded a $10,400,000 modification (P00096) to exercise the option on previously awarded contract FA4610-12-C-0004 for launch facility operations support. Contractor will provide management and support, maintenance and repair, operations and other services, including minor alterations. Work will be performed at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 31, 2016. This award is the result of an acquisition and offers were solicited and offers were received. Fiscal year 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $5,650,204 are being obligated at the time of award. The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity.


DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
 

Bluewater Defense Inc.,* San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, has been awarded a maximum $110,047,520 modification (P00114) to contract (SPM1C1-13-D-1020), exercising the second one-year option period of a one-year base contract with four one-year option periods for various types of permethrin uniform trousers. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract. Location of performance is Puerto Rico with a Jan. 17, 2016 performance completion date. The using military service is Army. The type of appropriation is fiscal year 2015 through fiscal year 2016 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
 

DEFENSE ADVANCE RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY


Raytheon BBN Technologies Corp., Cambridge, Massachusetts, has been awarded an $8,254,893 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00004) to exercise Phase 1, option 1 of previously awarded HR0011-14-C-0066 for a research project under the Retrodirective Arrays for Coherent Transmission (ReACT) program. The ReACT program is developing systems and technologies for electronic warfare. Fiscal year 2014 research and development funds in the amount of $1,500,414 are being obligated at time of award. Work will be performed in Cambridge, Massachusetts (73 percent); Los Altos, California (9 percent); Menlo Park, California (7 percent); Tempe, Arizona (4 percent); Iowa City, Iowa (4 percent); and Worcester, Massachusetts (3 percent) with an estimated completion date of July 2016. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
 

SRI International, Menlo Park, California, has been awarded a $6,832,589 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for a research project under the Supply Chain Hardware Integrity for Electronics Defense (SHIELD) program. The SHIELD program aims to develop an advanced supply chain hardware authentication system and a capability that can detect counterfeit electronic components anywhere in the supply chain. Fiscal 2014 research and development funds in the amount of $250,000 and fiscal 2015 research and development funds in the amount of $4,498,712 are being obligated at the time of award. Work will be performed in Menlo Park, California (64 percent); Portland, Oregon (22 percent), San Diego, California (1 percent), and Santa Clara, California (13 percent) with an estimated completion date of July 2016. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (HR0011-15-C-0010).
