TOW 2 Launchers for the country of Egypt. Work will be performed in Decatur,

Schwartz Electro-Optics, Incorporated, Orlando, Florida, is being awarded
a $3,044,000 increment as part of a $11,234,260 cumulative total, cost plus
fixed fee contract for research and development services in the development of
a Long Range - Biological Standoff Detection System. Work will be performed as
follows: 66% by Schwartz in Orlando, 21% by Fibertek, Incorporated in Herndon,
Virginia, and 13% by CAI, a Division of RECON/Optical, Incorporated in
Barrington, Illinois, and is expected to be completed by May 23, 1998.

contract for dredging in the Salem River, New Jersey. Work will be performed
in the Second District area of the Salem River in New Jersey, and is expected
to be completed by January 18, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end
of the current fiscal year. There were 21 bids solicited on January 27, 1995
and three bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of

NAVY
Raytheon Company, Electronic Systems Division, Sudbury, Massachusetts, is
being awarded a $22,647,005 firm-fixed-price contract for long lead materials
for FY95 NATO Seasparrow surface missile system production requirements. Work
will be performed in Sudbury, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by
July 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract combines purchases for the government of Turkey (20%), a
member of the NATO Seasparrow consortium, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to
the governments of South Korea (49%), and Japan (31%). This contract was not

Hughes Missile Systems Company, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $6,295,585
cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for risk reduction engineering and long-lead
material to support the decision to proceed with the design and development of
a Ship Self Defense System. Work will be performed in San Diego, California
(80%), and Tucson, Arizona (20%), and is expected to be completed by July 1995.

Loral Defense Systems - Akron, Akron, Ohio, is being awarded a $5,227,039
modification to previously awarded contract N00024-95-C-6182 for nine
additional Vertical Launch ASROC (VLA) missiles for the U.S. Navy. Work will
be performed in Akron, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by June 1997.
Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea

United Technologies Corporation, Sikorsky Aircraft Division, Stratford,
Connecticut, is being awarded a $107,365,000 modification to previously awarded
contract N00019-94-C-0121 for six Model S-70B-7 helicopters, training, support
equipment, and integrated logistics support, data and other associated support
for the Royal Thailand Navy, under the Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS).
Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, and is expected to be
completed by July 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the

OAO Corporation, Greenbelt, Maryland, is being awarded an estimated
$93,025,323 cost-plus-award-fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity
contract for computer network support services. Work will be performed in
China Lake, California (63%), Point Mugu, California (31%) and White Sands New
Mexico (6%) which are sites in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons
Division. Work is expected to be completed by May 2000. Contract funds will
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively
procured with 500 proposals solicited and 15 offers received. The Naval
