NAVY
Bay Ship Management, Inc., Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, is being awarded a
$67,094,360 firm-fixed-price (with cost reimbursables) contract for the
operation and maintenance of eight fast sealift ships for the U.S. Navy's
Military Sealift Command. The contract performance period is three years.
This contract contains options, which if exercised, will bring the total
cumulative value of the contract to $113,074,224. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively
procured with 50 proposals solicited and 11 offers received. The Military
Sealift Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity

General Electric Company, Lynn, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $32,250,693
firm-fixed-price contract for T700-GE-401B engines for the AH-1W and SH-2G
helicopters. Work will be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts, and is expected to
be completed by July 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. This
contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy (41%), and the governments of
Taiwan (18%) and Egypt (41%), under the Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS).

Loral Corporation, Loral Control Systems, Archbald, Pennsylvania, is being
awarded a $9,749,508 firm-fixed-price contract for 2,500 Laser Guided Training
Rounds (LGTRs), used as expendable training devices for Navy air crews. This
allows training for the proper deployment of laser guided munitions. Work will
be performed in Archbald, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed by June
1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

AIR FORCE
United Technologies Corporation, West Palm Beach, Florida, is being awarded a
$14,596,059 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for three
F100-PW-229 spare engines applicable to the F-15E aircraft. Contract is
expected to be completed September 1995. Contract funds will expire at the end
of the current fiscal year. One firm was solicited and one proposal was
received. Negotiations were complete February 1995. Aeronautical Systems
Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity
(F33657-94/D-2001, Order 0009).
Honeywell Corporation, Albuquerque, New Mexico, is being awarded a $6,075,001
Firm Fixed Price contract for long lead spare parts for the F-15 aircraft.
Contract is expected to be completed August 1996. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One firm was solicited and one
firm submitted a proposal. Solicitation began April 1993 and negotiation were
complete April 1995. This effort supports foreign military sales to Saudi
Arabia. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia is
