Northrop Grumman Information Systems, San Diego, California, has been awarded an undefinitized modification (P00098) with a not-to-exceed value of $145,385,706 to previously awarded contract FA8726-09-C-0010. Contractor will provide Battlefield Airborne Communication Node Joint Urgent Operational Need (BACN JUON) payload operations and support. Work will be performed within the Central Command theater of operations and San Diego, California, and is expected to be complete by June 30, 2016. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance and overseas contingency operations funds in the amount of $48,541,488 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.
 

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a $68,612,500 unpriced change order modification (P00594) to previously awarded contract FA8611-08-C-2897 for increased F-22 flying hours in 2015. Work will be performed at Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $68,612,500 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity.
 

Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Herndon, Virginia, has been awarded a $35,707,538 modification (03) to delivery order 0036 on contract FA8106-10-D-0001 for maintenance and overhaul in support of the KC-10 contractor logistic services (CLS) program. This modification obligates additional funding for engine maintenance and overhaul in support of the KC-10 CLS program. Work will be performed worldwide to include McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey; Travis Air Force Base, California; and Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 30, 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $35,707,538 are being obligated at the time of award. NAVY
 

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., San Diego, California, is being awarded a $39,050,000 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00019-08-C-0023) for the correction of deficiencies to the current air-to-air radar subsystem design and to demonstrate that radar technology, performance, and manufacturing risks have been effectively mitigated for the MQ-4C Triton unmanned aircraft system. Work will be performed in Rancho Bernardo, California, and is expected to be completed in December 2016. Fiscal 2015 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $10,000,000 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Connecticut, is being awarded a $38,838,189 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00019-06-C-0081) for the procurement of critical parts and associated support for two CH-53K system demonstration test article aircraft. The critical parts include forgings, castings, cores, beams, blocks for assemblies, frames, skins, spars and fitting assemblies. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut (16 percent); Salt Lake City, Utah (12 percent); Bridgeport, West Virginia (12 percent); Wichita, Kansas (9 percent); Longueil, Quebec, Canada (8 percent); Cudahy, Wisconsin (8 percent); St. Louis, Missouri (6 percent); Redmond, Washington (5 percent); Irvine, California (4 percent); Los Angeles, California (3 percent); Windsor Locks, Connecticut (3 percent); Ft. Walton Beach, Florida (2 percent); Jackson, Mississippi (2 percent); Titchfield, Hampshire, United Kingdom (1 percent); Creston, Iowa (1 percent); San Diego, California (1 percent); Downers Grove, Illinois (1 percent); Paramount, California (1 percent); South Gate, California (1 percent); Phoenix, Arizona (1 percent); Cheshire, Connecticut (1 percent); and various locations within the continental U.S. (2 percent). The work is expected to be completed in December 2018. No funds are being obligated at time of award. No funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Columbia Group Inc., Panama City, Florida (N61331-15-D-0016); Atlantic Diving Supply Inc., Virginia Beach, Virginia (N61331-15-D-0017); EDO Corp., Panama City, Florida (N61331-15-D-0018); and Piping Systems International Inc., Bay Minette, Alabama (N61331-15-D-0019), are being awarded a $35,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award supply contract for the provision of hardware, materials and supplies to support the expeditionary warfare and maritime programs. Examples of programs being supported include the Landing Craft Air Cushioned vehicles, Deployed Joint Command and Control systems, dive and life support systems, Seal delivery vehicles, and Navy Experimental Dive Unit projects. Under the terms of the contract, the companies will compete for individual delivery orders over a five-year period. At the time of award, The Columbia Group is being awarded $10,000; Atlantic Diving Supply is being awarded $10,000; EDO is being awarded $10,000; and Piping Systems International is being awarded a delivery order for $126,968 and a delivery order for $20,035. Work will be conducted in various Navy ship homeports and is expected to complete in June 2020. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $177,003 will be obligated at the time of award, and funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. These contracts were competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with three offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Panama City, Florida, is the contracting activity.

Huntington Ingalls Inc., Newport News, Virginia, is being awarded a $27,873,850 modification to previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract (N00024-13-C-4315) for USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) fiscal 2015 planned incremental availability. A planned incremental availability includes the planning and execution of depot-level maintenance, alterations, and modifications that will update and improve the ship's military and technical capabilities. Work will be performed in Coronado, California, and is expected to be completed by February 2016. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy) and fiscal 2014 other procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $27,873,850 will be obligated at time of award. Contract funds in the amount of $22,207,473 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.
 

Lagan Construction LLC, Woodbridge, Virginia, is being awarded a $14,472,698 firm-fixed-price contract for repairs to South Field runways 5/23 and 14/32 at Naval Air Station Whiting Field, Florida. The work to be performed provides for repairs of asphalt pavement and shoulder surfaces, and various drainage ditches at the runways. Repairs also include sweeping and preparing pavement surfaces; milling cold in-place asphalt or comparable process; variable depth overlay and airfield markings, saw cutting, barricades, construction fencing, surveying; repair of existing airfield shoulder surfaces, construction of new shoulder surfaces; grading, earthwork, compaction and sodding at runway and shoulder edges; drainage ditch repair and/or reconstruction; and new airfield markings. Work will be performed in Milton, Florida, and is expected to be completed by June 2016. Fiscal 2015 operation and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $14,472,698 are being obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with seven proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity (N69450-15-C-0604).
 

Lockheed Martin Corp., Mission Systems and Training, Baltimore, Maryland, is being awarded an $11,133,414 modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-14-C-5317) for engineering services in support of the MK 41 Vertical Launching System (VLS). Work provides logistics and technical services to support the Life Cycle Support Facility, integration of new missiles into MK 41 VLS, integration of MK 41 VLS into new ships, product improvement engineering, systems engineering, computer program engineering, failure analysis, creation and prototyping of engineering change proposals and production support. This modification combines purchases for the Navy (65.29 percent), and the governments of Japan (30.9 percent), South Korea (3.7 percent), Australia (.09 percent), and Norway (.02 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales program. Work will be performed in Baltimore, Maryland (89 percent); and Ventura, California (11 percent), and is expected to be completed by March 2016. Fiscal 2015 research, development, test and evaluation; foreign military sales; fiscal 2015 other procurement (Navy); and fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $11,133,414 will be obligated at time of contract award. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $250,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. L-3 Communications, Communication Systems–West, Salt Lake City, Utah, is being awarded a $10,077,336 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-12-C-2024) to exercise an option to manufacture, test, manage, and deliver eight AN/SRQ-4 Common Data Link Hawklink systems in support of the MH-60R aircraft. GEC LLC,* Kingshill, Virgin Islands, was awarded a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for temporary roof repairs in support of the Army Corps of Engineers and Federal Emergency Management Agency disaster response in the Virgin Islands with an estimated completion date of May 31, 2020. Thales Defense and Security Inc., Clarksburg, Maryland, has been awarded a maximum $12,540,960 firm-fixed-price contract for sonar equipment. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a one-year base contract with deliveries beginning in fiscal 2017; the vendor will receive progress payments in fiscal 2015 through fiscal 2018.
