NAVY
 

P C Mechanical Inc., Santa Maria, California, is being awarded a maximum amount $95,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the purchase of Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Reconstitute the Force, Civil Engineer Support Equipment (CESE), and Civil Engineer End Items (CEEI) under the CESE/CEEI Life Extension Program. The work to be performed provides for support for Naval Expeditionary automotive vehicles, construction equipment (motorized and non-motorized), special military construction and commercial support equipment, material and weight handling equipment, water well drilling equipment, mineral products and plant facility equipment, International Standards Organization shipping container assets, power production and environmental control unit equipment, fire and emergency response vehicles, and small boats and watercraft. No task orders are being issued at this time. Work will be performed in Port Hueneme, California (60 percent); and Gulfport, Mississippi (40 percent). The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of July 2020. Fiscal 2015 operation and maintenance (Navy Reserve) contract funds in the amount of $10,000 are being obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with one proposal received. The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, California, is the contracting activity (N39430-15-D-1604).
 

BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair, San Diego, California, is being awarded an undefinitized contract action with a not-to-exceed amount of $38,300,696 to previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee/incentive-fee contract (N00024-11-C-4400) for USS Bunker Hill (CG-52) fiscal 2015 Selected Restricted Availability (SRA). An SRA includes the planning and execution of depot-level maintenance, alterations, and modifications that will update and improve the ship's military and technical capabilities. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by May 2016. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy) and fiscal 2015 other procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $13,248,475 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.
 

General Dynamics Information Technology, Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded a $32,389,278 cost-plus-fixed-price-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed- price ordering provisions for research and development, technology, analytical, and engineering support services to provide the capability to meet both existing and emerging command and control requirements at the Joint Staff J6 C4 Assessments Division. This contract includes a 36-month ordering period. Work will be performed in Suffolk, Virginia, and is to be completed by July 2018. Fiscal 2014 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,000 will be obligated at the time of award and funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with the solicitation posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website, with three offers received. Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00189-15-D-Z031).
 

ARMY
 

Bethel Industries, Jersey City, New Jersey, (W91CRB-15-D-0019); Hawk Protection Inc.,* Pembroke Pines, Florida, (W91CRB-15-D-0020); and KDH Defense Systems Inc.,* Eden, North Carolina, (W91CRB-15-D-0021), were awarded a $49,000,000 shared firm-fixed-price contract for the Soldier Protection System modular vest. Funding and work will be determined with each order with an estimated completion date of Jan. 20, 2019. Bids were solicited via the Internet with five received. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
 

ASM Research LLC, Fairfax, Virginia, was awarded a $10,770,223 modification (P00008) to contract W9124D-12-D-0010 for the Army Training Requirements and Resources System. Funding and work will be determined with each order with an estimated completion date of Feb. 13, 2016. Army Contracting Command, Ft. Knox, Kentucky, is the contracting authority.
 

Creative Times Inc.,* was awarded a $7,733,000 contract to design and construct an administration, instructional and operations facility in support of the F-35 aircraft and the Weapons School Complex, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, with an estimated completion date of Mar. 13, 2017. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 13 received. Fiscal 2015 military construction funds in the amount of $7,733,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles, California, is the contracting activity (W912PL-15-C-0013).
 

AIR FORCE
 

Bay West LLC, St. Paul, Minnesota, has been awarded a $15,698,310 firm-fixed-price, single contract award under a small business set-aside for Joint Base Charleston Performance-Based Remediation. Contractor will provide environmental remediation and restoration at 41 installation restoration program sites, and 10 military munitions response program sites. Work will be performed at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, and is expected to be complete by July 21, 2025. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition. Offers were solicited electronically and seven offers were received. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance, defense environmental restoration funds in the amount of $7,009,153 are being obligated at the time of award. 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA8903-15-C-0016).
