Planning Systems, Inc., McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $17,705,167 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a time-and-materials pricing arrangement for signal processing, testing, and modeling for advanced systems. Work will be performed in Bethesda, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by July 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Harris Corporation, Melbourne, Florida, is being awarded a $42,409,000 cost plus award fee contract for three Next Generation Target and Control Systems for Point Mugu Naval Air Warfare Center, California, White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico and Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The work will be performed at the Harris Corporation, Melbourne, Florida (62%) and the Interstate Electronics, Inc., Anaheim, California Contract is expected to be completed October 1999.
