ARMY
Stewart & Stevenson Services, Incorporated, Sealy, Texas, is being awarded a
$159,614,311 modification to a fixed price with economic price adjustments
contract as funding for the second increment of the third program year for 773
family of medium tactical vehicles (FMTV) and for the first increment of the
fourth program year for 800 FMTVs. Work will be performed in Sealy, Texas, and
is expected to be completed by July 31, 1996. Of the total contract funds,
$66,501,672 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 3
bids solicited on September 20, 1990, and 3 bids received. The contracting
activity is the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Michigan

NAVY
Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc., Cambridge, Massachusetts, is being
awarded a $5,818,683 modification to previously awarded contract
N00024-93-C-6101 to exercise an option for systems support of the submergence
systems program. Work will be performed in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and is
expected to be completed by September 1997. Contract funds in the amount of
$656,858 will expire at the end of current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems
Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
GTE Government Systems Corporation, Mountain View, California, is being
awarded a $9,273,000 firm-fixed-price contract for one AN/WLQ-4(V)1 radio
equipment suite for the Seawolf submarine (SSN 21). Work will be performed in
Mountain View, California, and is expected to be completed within 21 months.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Command, Control and Ocean

AIR FORCE
Northrop Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Melbourne, Florida, is being awarded a
$26,119,468 face value increase to a Cost Plus Incentive Fee contract for
extended development of software, technical orders, and modifications of the
baseline aircraft for the Joint Surveillance and Target Attack Radar System
(JSTARS) program. Contract is expected to be completed April 1996. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Electronic
Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts is the contracting

AAI Corporation, Hunt Valley, Maryland, is being awarded a $7,382,153 face
value increase to a Cost Plus Award Fee contract for development of
modifications for 2 prime mission equipment maintenance training sets
applicable to the E-8C Joint Surveillance and Target Attack Radar System
(JSTARS). Contract is expected to be completed July 1996. Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Ogden Air Logistics Center,
