delivery/indefinite quantity contract for removal of asbestos materials at
various facilities. Work will be performed at Vandenberg Air Force Base**,

$5,951,967 firm fixed price contract for 42 HMPT-500-3EC transmissions for
Multiple Launch Rocket System vehicles. Work will be performed in
Pittsfield**, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by December 31,
1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Sverdrup Civil, Incorporated, Maryland Heights, Missouri, is being awarded a
$398,793 increment as part of a $9,687,864 firm fixed price contract to
design/build, extend and upgrade an alternate runway, consisting of widening
and extending the alternate runway to meet aircraft landing requirements. Also
relocate wiring to clear new paving areas, providing a new landing- light
system. The runway extension will involve soil removal and fill, in addition
to concrete and asphalt placements. Work will be performed at Tinker Air Force
Base, Oklahoma, and is expected to be completed by January 6, 1997. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 43
bids solicited on February 27, 1995, and 5 bids received. The contracting

Allied Signal Engines, Stratford, Connecticut, is being awarded a $24,000,000
increment as part of a $32,000,000 firm fixed price/cost plus fixed fee letter
contract for the service life extension program for 120 AGT 1500 engines used
on the M1 family of vehicles. Work will be performed in Stratford**,
Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 1996. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole
source contract initiated on May 18, 1995. The contracting activity is the

AIR FORCE
Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, Incorporated, Sunnyvale,California, is
being awarded a $33,047,524 Cost-Plus-Award-Fee contract for ground maintenance
support for Milstar Development Flight Satellite Two, including satellite
storage through September 1995. This effort also includes support for
satellite systems test before and after launch in November 1995. Contract is
expected to be completed June 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end
of the current fiscal year. The solicitation was issued in September 1994 and
negotiations were completed in April 1995. The Headquarters Space and Missile

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a
$6,854,962 (estimated) Firm-Fixed-Price and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract for
repair of various components of the D-15 aircraft. Contract is expected to be
completed December 1995 through June 1996. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. One bid was solicited and one proposal was
received. The solicitation was issued in February 1995. This effort supports
foreign military sales to Saudi Arabia. The Headquarters Warner Robins Air
Logistics Center (AFMC) Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting

Lockheed Fort Worth Company, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a contract
value increase to a Firm-Fixed-Price contract definitizes software maintenance
training from July 1993 through December 1996 in support of the F-16 aircraft.
Contract is expected to be completed July 1996 through 31 December 1996.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One bid
was solicited. This effort supports foreign military sales to Korea. The Air
