ARMY
Hall Contracting Corporation, Louisville, Kentucky, is being awarded a
$5,697,000 firm fixed price contract to upgrade ranges (5,000 acres in both
sites), including the control tower and support buildings, exterior electrical
distribution, underground power distribution, and cleaning of a large area and
a vast quantity of earthwork. Work will be performed at Baum/St. Vitch Tank
Range, Fort Knox, Kentucky, and is expected to be completed by March 12, 1997.

Boeing Defense and Space Group, Missiles and Space Division, Huntsville,
Alabama, is being awarded a $5,829,346 increment as part of an $8,362,017 cost
plus fixed fee contract for FY95 engineering services for the Avenger Weapon
System. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, and is expected to be
completed by September 30, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on June 5,

Hardaway Construction Corporation of Tennessee, Henderson, Kentucky, is being
awarded a $6,497,000 firm fixed price contract for construction of an eight bay
maintenance shop, a separate storage building, utilities, fire protection and
alarm, and site work which includes storm drainage, a concrete and asphalt
access road and a fence. Work will be performed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky,
and is expected to be completed by March 18, 1997. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 39 bids solicited on

GDE Systems, Incorporated, San Diego, California, is being awarded a
$7,110,884 cost plus award fee/cost plus fixed fee contract for research and
development of the Front-end Processing Environment (FPE), a system which will
modify the Defense Mapping Agency's Digital Production System (DPS), which was
designed around a National Technical Means sensor. The FPE will allow use of a
variety of commercial, Department of Defense, and intelligence sources
(alternate sources) as production sources of digital imagery within DPS for
terrain elevation and feature, and attribute data extraction. The FPE will
simplify the incorporation of different sensors by providing a front-end
processing capability that will accept multiple sources and output DPS
structured imagery and support data. Work will be performed in San Diego,
California, and is expected to be completed by September 29, 1996. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was a broad
agency announcement in the Commerce Business Daily on March 31, 1995, and 4

AIR FORCE
Hughes Training, Incorporated, Arlington, Texas, is being awarded a
$21,825,563 face value increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract for 34 Unit
Training Devices applicable to the F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be
completed November 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force

UNC Lear Siegler, Incorporated, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is being awarded a
$23,994,315 face value increase to a Fixed Price Incentive contract for
maintenance and related services for T-37, T-38 and AT-38B aircraft in support
of Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas.
Contract is expected to be completed September 1996. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Air Education and Training

Raytheon Support Services Company, Burlington, Massachusetts, is being awarded
a $8,524,136 face value increase to a Fixed Price Incentive contract for FY
1996 Trainer and equipment maintenance at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas.

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,
Missouri, is being awarded a $88,100,000 advanced acquisition contract for long
lead items for the FY 96 & FY 97 production procurement of 35 F-/A-18C aircraft
for the government of Finland under the Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS).
Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri (62%), Hawthorne, California
(33%), and Halli, Finland (5%), and is expected to be completed by August 2000.

integration services. These services support the analysis and installation of
the Defense Financial and Accounting Service's information processing
infrastructure. Work will be performed at various defense financial and

contains options, which if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of the

modifiction to previously awarded contract N00024-94-C-6158 to exercise an
option for fabrication, assembly, test and delivery of 210 sonar acoustics
device countermeasure MK 4 Mod 0 devices. Work will be performed in Hazeltine,
Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by September 1997. Contract
