ARMY

Bechtel National, Incorporated, San Francisco, California, is being awarded a $25,554,882 cost plus fixed fee contract for integrated Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) silo dismantlement. Work will be performed in the Ukraine, and is expected to be completed by August 15, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 105 bids solicited on March 6, 1995, and seven bids received. The contracting activity is the Defense Nuclear Agency, Washington, D.C. (DNA001-95-C-0203).

Olin Ordnance, St. Petersburg, Florida, is being awarded a $19,558,981 firm fixed price contract for 14,450 120mm Kinetic Energy Tank Ammunition Cartridges with tungsten alloy penetrator for the country of Egypt. Work will be performed in Red Lion, Pennsylvania (65%), and St. Petersburg, Florida (35%), and is expected to be completed by March 31, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were two bids solicited on

July 11, 1995, and two bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey (DAAE30-95-C-0115).

Engineering Research Associates, Incorporated, Vienna, Virginia, is being awarded a $5,002,000 increment as part of an $8,840,753 firm fixed price/time and materials contract for development of an acquisition, search, collection, and reporting system. Work will be performed in Vienna, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by July 31, 1997. This is a sole source contract initiated on March 21, 1995. The contracting activity is the Maryland Procurement Office, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland (MDA904-95-C-2735).

Hewlett-Packard Company, Wayne, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $10,829,157 firm fixed price contract (estimated cumulative total of $14,242,866 for base year plus six option years, which may or may not be exercised) for a Physiological Monitoring/Clinical Information System. Work will be performed at the New Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, and is expected to be completed by April 14, 1998. December 5, 1994, and three bids received. The contracting activity is the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C. (DADA15-95-C-0076).

The University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, is being obligated $590,817, of a $4,280,077 increment as part of an $11,781,448 cost no fee contract for research and development of elements that will advance computer networking to achieve a Teranode Network Technology (TNT). Work will be performed in Los Angeles, California, and is expected to be completed by July 17, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was a broad agency announcement on August 24, 1994, and 47 bids were received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Information Systems Command, Fort Huachuca, Arizona (DABT63-95-C-0095).

AIR FORCE

Harper/Nielsen-Dillingham, San Diego, California, is being awarded a $14,858,265 Firm Fixed Price contract for replacement of 128 units of military family housing at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. Contract is expected to be completed April 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 49 firms solicited and two proposals received. Solicitation began February 1995; negotiations were complete July 1995. The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg Air Force Base, California is the contracting activity (F04684-95/C0005).

Bozell, Jacobs, Kenyon and Eckhardt, Incorporated, Irving, Texas, is being awarded a $10,300,000 face value increase to a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract for professional advertising services and purchase of local and national advertising space during FY1996. Contract is expected to be completed September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Air Education and Training Command, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas is the contracting activity (F41689-92/D-0251, P00017).

NAVY

Martin Marietta, Government Electronic Systems Division, a subsidiary of Lockheed-Martin Corporation, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a $19,719,956 modification to previously awarded contract N60921-93-C-A208 to exercise an option for systems engineering functions upgrade required in support of operational AEGIS cruisers and destroyers, and their associated AEGIS Weapon Systems (AWS) and AEGIS Combat Systems (ACS). Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
