Loral Information Display Systems, Atlanta, Georgia, is being awarded a letter
contract with a ceiling value of $23,848,315 for 52 programmable tactical
information display units for the F-14 aircraft. Work will be performed in
Atlanta, Georgia, and is expected to be completed by March 1998. Contract
funds in the amount of $2,521,724 will expire at the end of the current fiscal

MCI Constructors, Inc., Woodbridge, Virginia, is being awarded a $9,848,000
firm-fixed-price contract for upgrades to a sewer treatment plant at the Marine
Corps Combat Development Command, Quantico, Virginia. Work will be performed
in Quantico, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by June 1998. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was
competitively procured with 176 proposals solicited and ten offers received.

Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N62477-93-C-0174).
Northrop Grumman Corporation, Bethpage, New York, is being awarded a
$10,065,000 order against a firm-fixed-price contract for the manufacture,
test, and installation of two test program sets required to support the standup
of the E-2C Group II configuration deployment on

the East coast. Two east-coast carriers are scheduled to make their first
deployment with E-2C Group II aircraft in February 1998. The test program sets
are needed to support these fleet operations. Work will be performed in St.
Augustine, Florida, and is expected to be completed by July 1998. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was
not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C.,

Hughes Aircraft Company, Weapon Systems Segment, Naval and Maritime Systems
Business Unit, Fullerton, California, is being awarded a $9,373,156 long lead
material contract for FY95 AN/UYQ-21(V) naval tactical display systems
equipment requirements. The AN/UYQ-21(V) is a tactical display system for
AEGIS ships. Work will be performed in Fullerton, California (30%), and
Jackson, Mississippi (70%), and is expected to be completed by December 1997.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This

PRC, Inc., McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $5,744,308 modification to
previously awarded contract N00178-95-C-3018 for facilities planning,
engineering, and technical support for numerous Navy programs for the Naval Sea
Systems Command. Work will be performed at Dahlgren, Virginia (60%), and
Wallops Island, Virginia (40%), and is expected to be completed by September
1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
