dormitory is needed to house the unaccompanied enlisted personnel assigned to
support the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) Squadrons.
The facility will be approximately 50,000 square feet and is designed to
provide unaccompanied enlisted personnel with housing that is conducive to
their proper rest, relaxation, and personal well-being. Work will be performed

systems. This will provide DVTC capabilities with flexible features to key
decision makers within their office environment. The effort will include
installation and maintenance support both inside and outside of the continental
