Raytheon Company, Equipment Division, Sudbury, Massachusetts, is being awarded
a $9,408,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-94-C-5614 for
production of five Medium Pulse Repetition Frequency Upgrade (MPU) Kits and two
AN/SPS 49A(V)1 test fixtures for the AN/SPS-49(V) radar system. Work will be
performed in Waltham, Massachusetts (68%), and Sudbury, Massachusetts (32%),
and is expected to be completed by March 1999. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command,
Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
Vitro Corporation, Rockville, Maryland, is being awarded a $30,933,867
cost-plus-fixed-fee level-of-effort contract to provide technical services to
support the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) associated with systems
integration effort for the Submarine-Launched Ballistic Missile Modernization
Program; TRIDENT I engineered overhaul; TRIDENT I engineered availability;
maintenance of TRIDENT I Ship Submersible Ballistic Nuclear (SSBNs); and the
TRIDENT I backfit ships, including those items required for the reliability,
logistics and maintenance of the weapon systems. The contractor will also
provide TRIDENT II new construction special test equipment engineering
services; conduct facility maintenance monitoring; schedule realignment; and
problem investigation and analysis; and systems integration for D5 backfit of
SSBN 726 class submarines. Work will be performed in Rockville, Maryland, and
is expected to be completed by September 1996. Contract funds in the amount of
$25,806,885 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract

Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Sunnyvale, California, is being awarded a
$39,272,276 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide U.S. and U.K. technical
engineering services, during the period 1 October 1995 through 30 September
1996, in support of the TRIDENT I
(C4), and TRIDENT II (D5) Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) launcher subsystems.

Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, Incorporated, Sunnyvale, California, is
being awarded a $17,500,000 modification to previously awarded contract
N00030-95-C-0095 to provide additional Long Lead Material (LLM) required for
the follow-on production of the TRIDENT II (D5) Missile System. This unpriced
contractual action will be definitized on the FY 96 TRIDENT II (D5) production
and deployed systems support contract which will be a cost- reimbursible,
multiple-incentive contract with incentives on cost, reliability, quality,
readiness, and flight termination. Work will be performed in Sunnyvale,
California, and is expected to be completed by September 1999. This contract
was not competitively procured. Contract funds will not expire at the end of

Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, Incorporated, Sunnyvale, California, is
being awarded a $302,162,900 ($255,312,222 cost-plus-incentive-fee and
$46,850,678 cost-plus-fixed-fee) contract for FY 96 TRIDENT II (D5) missile
production and deployed system support. This contract includes two options
which, if exercised, would bring the total contract value to $634,020,446.
Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, Torrance, Camarillo, Rancho Dominguez, and
Rancho Santa Margarita, California (52.7%); Magna, Utah (19.7%); Marietta, and
St. Mary's, Georgia (8.2%); Clearwater and Cape Canaveral, Florida (6.8%);
Bremerton, Washington (4.1%); Gainesville, Virginia (3.1%); Phoenix, and
Chandler, Arizona (.9%); Rockford, Illinois (.8%); East Aurora, New York (.7%);
Baltimore and Elkton, Maryland (1.4%); Missouri (.3%); Colorado (.2%); Vermont
(.2%); Oregon (.2%); Texas (.2%); Nebraska (.2%); and various other locations
(.3%), and is expected to be completed by September 1999. This contract was
not competitively procured. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy
(90.6%), and the government of the United Kingdom (9.4%), under the Polaris
Sales Agreement. Contract funds in the amount of $253,339,317 will expire at
