ARMY
Holston Defense Corporation, Kingsport, Tennessee, is being awarded a
$6,888,491 modification to a cost plus fixed fee contract for ammunition
explosives. Work will be performed at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant,
Tennessee, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 1995. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole

$3,780,715,847 fixed price, indefinite delivery contract with provisions for
adjustment of health care prices, for Managed Care Support services in Florida,
Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and eastern third of
Louisiana. The contract also covers the processing of CHAMPUS foreign claims,
including claims from Puerto Rico; Europe, Africa and the Middle East; the
Pacific Area; and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, Bermuda and the
West Indies. This contract provides for a six month start-up period plus five
one-year option periods. The planned start date for health care delivery under
the contract is May 1, 1996. The Office of Civilian Health and Medical Program
