DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Coastal Refining & Marketing, Inc. (Florida), Miami, Florida, is being awardeda $9,815,557 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for marine gasoil. One hundred ninety eight proposals were solicited and seven werereceived. Work will be performed in overseas locations and is expected to becompleted by July 30, 1997. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort Belvoir,Virginia is the contracting activity (SP0600-96-D-0022).

NAVY

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Aircraft Company, St. Louis,Missouri, is being awarded a $7,568,100 modification to previously awardedcontract N00019-92-C-0006 for the procurement of trailing edge flaps to replacethe flap hinges on the F/A-18 aircraft. Work will be performed in St. Louis,Missouri, and is expected to be completed by October 1996. Contract funds willnot expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was notcompetitively procured. The Defense Plant Representative Office, St. Louis,Missouri, is the contracting activity.

American Management Systems, Incorporated, Arlington, Virginia, is beingawarded a $11,274,912 indefinite delivery, cost-plus-fixed-fee, minimum/maximumcontract

for the issuance of delivery orders for management, technical and professionalsupport services for the Navy Shipyard Corporate Operations Strategy and Plan(COSP). This contract includes options which, if exercised, will bring thecumulative value of this contract to $54,247,850. Work will be performed inNorfolk, Virginia (35%), Arlington, Virginia (5%), and at various governmentsites including the Joint Logistics Support Center, Dayton, Ohio (20%); NorfolkNaval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia (25%); Long Beach Naval Shipyard, LongBeach, California (3%); Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (3%);Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, New Hampshire (3%); Puget Sound NavalShipyard, Bremerton,

Washington (3%); and Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters, Arlington,Virginia (3%); and is expected to be completed by October 1996. Contract fundswill not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract wascompetitively procured with 59 proposals solicited and one offer received. ThePortsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is the contractingactivity (N00102-96-D-ZA02).

Vitro Corporation, Rockville, Maryland, is being awarded a $10,593,753cost-plus-award-fee contract for engineering and program management technicalsupport of the AEGIS Technical Representative (TECHREP) located in Moorestown,New Jersey. This contract includes options which, if exercised, will bringthe cumulative value of this contract to $76,089,839. Work will be performedin Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by December 2000.Contract funds in the amount of $2,220,030 will expire at the end of thecurrent fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 51proposals solicited and one offer received. The Naval Sea Systems Command,Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-96-C-5168).
