ARMY

TECOM, Incorporated, Austin, Texas, is being awarded a $2,717,000 increment aspart of an estimated $42,431,389 cost plus award fee contract to provide familyhousing maintenance at Fort Hood, Texas for the performance period of January1, 1996 through December 31, 1996, with four one-year options. Contract fundswill not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 97 bidssolicited on May 31, 1995, and 8 bids received. PK Contractors, Incorporated*, Spokane, Washington, is being awarded a$9,000,000 increment as part of a $16,020,541 construction contract toconstruct a new juvenile fish sampling and monitoring facility and modify theexisting juvenile bypass. Work will be performed at John Day Lock and Dam,Rufus, Oregon, and is expected to be completed by May 17, 1997. Contract fundswill not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 40 bidssolicited on October 27, 1995, and 5 bids received. The contracting activityis the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland, Oregon (DACW57-96-C-0008).

Raytheon Company, Electronic Systems Division, Bedford, Massachusetts, isbeing awarded an $11,978,326 modification to a firm fixed price contract forcommunications enhancement production and spares for the countries of theNetherlands and Kuwait. Work is being performed in Bedford, Massachusetts, andis expected to be completed by September 30, 1997. Contract funds will notexpire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contractinitiated on December 13, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. ArmyMissile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-95-C-0002).

DEFENSE NUCLEAR AGENCY

Arbel Fauvet Rail, Suresnes, France, is being awarded a $7,018,020 firm fixedprice contract for 130 ballistic missile liquid propellant intermodal tankcontainers. Work will be performed in France, and is expected to be completedby June 30, 1996. Contract funds will not

expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 10 bids solicited onAugust 30, 1995, and 7 bids received. The contracting activity is the DefenseNuclear Agency, Washington, D.C. (DNA001-96-C-0032).

NAVY

Westinghouse Electric Company, Baltimore, Maryland, is being awarded a$7,015,816 cost sharing contract for the design, engineering, fabrication,integration and testing of an electronic countermeasures (ECM) transmitter forship defense in support of the Advanced Technology Demonstration (ATD) program.Work will be performed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is expected to becompleted by December 1998. Contract funds in the amount of $250,000 willexpire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitivelyprocured with 41 proposals solicited and four offers received. The NavalResearch Laboratory, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity(N000014-96-C-2016).

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,Missouri, is being awarded a $269,978,908 modification to previously awardedcontract N00019-94-C-0034 for the FY 1995 Finnish Air Force productionprocurement of 11 F/A-18C aircraft and associated supplies and data. Work willbe performed in St. Louis, Missouri (67%), and Hawthorne, California (33%), andis expected to be completed by August 1998. This contract was notcompetitively procured. This contract involves purchases for the government ofFinland under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. Contract funds willnot expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air SystemsCommand, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,Missouri, is being awarded a $68,158,850 modification to previously awardedcontract N00019-94-C-0084 for procurement of 24 FY 1995 F/A-18C weapons systemsand associated supplies and data for the U.S. Navy. Work will be performed inSt. Louis, Missouri (67%), and Hawthorne, California (33%), and is expected tobe completed by September 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end ofthe current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. TheNaval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,Missouri, is being awarded a $93,781,648 modification to previously awardedcontract N00019-94-C-0039 for procurement of eight F/A-18D aircraft andassociated supplies and data for the Royal Malaysian Air Force. Work will beperformed in St. Louis, Missouri (67%), and Hawthorne,

This equipment is being procured for the RoyalMalaysian Air Force under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. The NavalAir Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Pratt & Whitney, Government Engines and Space Propulsion, West Palm Beach,Florida, is being awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with a ceiling amountof $28,354,675 for the preliminary design engineering support for thedefinition and development of the propulsion systems for the Joint AdvancedStrike Technology (JAST) Program ground and flight demonstrations. Work willbe performed in West Palm Beach, Florida, and is expected to be completed bySeptember 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the currentfiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval AirSystems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity(N00019-96-C-0017).

AIR FORCE

Loral Corporation, Owego, New York, is being awarded a $21,769,740 face valueincrease to a firm fixed price contract for ten CC-2E mainframe computers,associated spares and data, in support of E-3 aircraft. Contract is expectedto be completed November 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end ofthe current fiscal year. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base,Massachusetts is the contracting activity (F19628-95/C-0049, P00003).
