AIR FORCE
Hughes Training, Incorporated, Arlington, Texas, is being awarded a $7,694,150
face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for one Flight
Control/Instrument Systems Maintenance Trainer, one
Communication/Navigation/Electronic Countermeasures Systems Maintenance
Trainer, and one Armament/Fire Control Systems Maintenance Trainer in support
of the F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed March 1997.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
effort supports foreign military sales to Taiwan. Aeronautical Systems Center,
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity

ARMY
General Dynamics Land Systems, Incorporated, Sterling Heights, Michigan, is
being awarded a $10,500,000 modification to a cost-no-fee contract for long
lead material for FY97 procurement of 120 M1A2 Abrams Tank upgrades. Work will
be performed in Lima**, Ohio (75%); Warren**, Michigan (10%); Sterling
Heights**, Michigan (5%); Archabale**, Pennsylvania (5%); and Tallahassee,
Florida (5%), and is expected to be completed by July 31, 1998. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source
contract initiated on January 13, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S.
Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Michigan

Raytheon Company, Electronic Systems Division, Bedford, Massachusetts, is
being awarded a $9,435,000 cost plus incentive fee letter contract for a
PATRIOT anti-cruise missile (ACM) upgrade program. Work will be performed in
Tewksbury, Massachusetts (90%), and Bedford, Massachusetts (10%), and is
expected to be completed by February 28, 1998. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract
initiated on March 6, 1996. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Missile

CIVIL WORKS - NON MILITARY
G.M. McCrossin, Incorporated, Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a
$1,719,000 increment as part of a $9,348,079 firm fixed price contract for
construction of the Mill Run Water Treatment Facility, with a capacity of five
million gallons per day. Effort will include water transmission main,
earthwork; rapid mix and flocculation facilities; organization facilities;
rapid sand filtration facilities; waste solids storage, handling and dewatering
facilities; water pumping facilities; instrumentation, control monitoring;
electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning and pumping; and
laboratory facilities. Work will be performed in Altoona, Pennsylvania, and is
expected to be completed by November 30, 1998. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 99 bids solicited on January
9, 1996, and ten bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Corps of
Engineers, Baltimore, Maryland (DACW31-96-C-0030).
NAVY
Amoco Performance Products, Incorporated, Alpharetta, Georgia, is being
awarded a $9,760,786 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the development of high
thermal conductivity graphite fibers for thermal management. Work will be
performed in Alpharetta, Georgia (86%), and Torrance, California (14%), and is
expected to be completed by September 1998. Contract funds will expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured under
a Broad Agency Announcement with six proposals solicited and six offers
received. The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, Virginia, is the

OHM Remediation Services Corporation, Trenton, New Jersey, is being awarded a
$5,875,575 modification to previously awarded contract N62470-93-D-3032 for
construction
of a barrier layer at the old landfill at Quantico, Virginia. Work will be
performed in Quantico, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by November
1996. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The
Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic Division, Norfolk, Virginia, is

Aquidneck Management Associates, Newport, Rhode Island, is being awarded an
$8,559,006 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity cost-plus-fixed-fee
provisions contract for program and financial management support services in
support of the Test and Evaluation Department and has an estimated level of
effort of 365,000 man-hours. Work will be performed in Newport, Rhode Island,
and is expected to be completed by March 2001. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively

research and development, updating and modification of sensor performance
prediction systems and operating guidelines for the Advanced Systems Technology
Office/Undersea Warfare Program Office. Work will be performed in North

$21,539,683 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee
completion contract for scientific engineering and technical support, advanced
signal processing, ship sonar, field service support for onboard data
collection systems for U.S. submarines and measurement systems for submarine
silencing. Work will be performed in McLean, Virginia (80%), Bethesda,
Maryland (10%), and aboard ships at sea (10%), and is expected to be completed
by March 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was competitively procured with 51 proposals solicited and
one offer received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division,

STANDARD Missile Company, McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $126,712,100
letter contract for low rate initial production of 45 STANDARD Missile - 2 BLK
IV All Up Rounds for fiscal years 1995 and 1996. This effort will also include
section level spares, upgraded test sets, shipping containers, booster
assemblies and batteries, and handling equipment. Work will be performed in
McLean, Virginia (5%), Tucson, Arizona (31%), Bristol, Tennessee (43%),
Chattanooga, Tennessee (4%), San Jose, California (12%), and Irvine, California
(5%), and is expected to be completed by September 1998. Contract funds will
